Ordered online, item ready within minutes. Came to the warehouse - quick and easy service to collect & even carried to my car. Couldn’t be better & really friendly to boot. Recommend!

I would have bought several items due to the low prices but there was No customer service. I was hovering around the shop but there was only one person there helping only one customer only, didn't say I'll be with you in a moment or even bother to look at me. I left and bought stuff elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Especially the manager (Reece) is not recommended to anyone. Bought the mattress from this store and got that replaced twice due to having big cut on the side of the mattress. Third time it came with the defect. Only got it refunded when I had head office involved in the matter. I would recommend to spend little extra somewhere else and never go to this store.

Doing this review under partners name. Bought a couch (online) and had it delivered today. Had some problems with attaching feet and spoke to a Christina, who went above and beyond the call of duty of customer service. I was so disappointed this afternoon that I wrote out a poor review which I now totally regret. Christina has changed my mind about this whole episode. She knows who I am. Value her utmost professionalism and customer care very much as well as your store very much. Thank you!

Just helped a friend assemble some furniture purchased from this store and I am shocked at the terrible quality. Cheap flimsy materials, poor workmanship (parts not fitting or lining up etc) and inadequate design.

Excellent prices, good quality products, extremely quick delivery. Highly recommend if you can't afford expensive furniture.

Avoid at all costs. Couch had a manufacturing fault and broke, which isn't their fault, they decided to build a replacement part to repair it. Three months went by with no word, chase them numerous times to see the progress, only to find they "can't finish making that part for some reason so we'll replace the couch". Though it's a great outcome, they built the couch, called to organise a delivery time and they didn't actually pencil in the delivery day. Had to chase them again to get it delivered, they delivered it with 1 out of 5 legs. Not sure if you've tried to sit on a 5 leg couch with 1 leg, but I wasn't about to try. They delivered the other 4 legs with not a word of apology, no reason as for the screw around, and the legs they've delivered are clearly from old couches as the rubber feet have been completely worn off, so they'll scratch up my floor. Complete shambles, nobody knows what's going on, and the staff when you speak to them are rude. Never, never ever again, I rate them 1 out of 5 legs.

Very poor customer care service, you are promised a refund for an item ordered over 10 days ago and has never been dispatched. Neither do I have my refund but they are not responding to emails either and all I wanted was my $70 back and I would never put in a bad review.

Great shop. Everything comes flat packed but they do have a guy that can put your furniture together if necessary, just ask when you pay.

I bought all my Furniture for these people. They have super good polite and cooperative staff ever.i had a few demages on my stuff where on only one phone call they pickup the stuff from my place and done the free delivery for replacing the stuff. After my experience i took my few friends there and they are also very happy with Fantastic Furniture customer service.

Service was great, very friendly and helpful. The item we wanted was not in stock however they were helpful in locating the nearest store to our house with stock.

Ordered a pantry cupboard and getting it was fine except after putting it all together we found a defect on one of the front doors. The pantry is white and there is a bit of the wood underneath showing through. About a 5mmx5mm defect. I can't believe they don't quality check their products. My partner and I work full time and are time poor so we can't be bothered calling up the store and then driving back there to get a replacement door. The whole point of online shopping was to make our lives easier. Very disappointing. Would not be buying furniture from your store again.

The chap we dealt with was very friendly, helpful and quick. Getting out items from the pickup at the rear was easy and the two guys there could not have been more helpful.

I was buying on behalf of someone and found the service to be excellent. This is rare in Australian retail stores. Product knowledge was good, staff were friendly and always willing to help. On the administration sales side I dealt with Sue and she went above and beyond to help me for my specific needs with my organisation. A great experience all up and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store.

Great for deals. You get what you pay! The quality of the materials isnt the greatest. Most of them are shipped from China and there is usually a wait period of 4-6 weeks.

Useless. Received an email saying they received my credit card payment. They still rejected the payment for an unknown reason. This was after two other cards failed on their online payment portal. It's like they don't want my money.
