I wanted to say thank you to Genevieve She was so lovely helping us buy a mattress, and so welcoming to us as trans people. I felt comfortable with her and am grateful for all her help.

Everything went smooth except for the store person who was very lousy and non helpful. Felt like we disturbed his nap.
He just brought the items outside the store in a trolly and made us load the car. How unfortunate it is.

Leslie is not only the best sales rep I've ever spoken to, but is maybe the nicest person on the planet. She helped me organise & deliver a couch on an extremely tight turnaround, and offered amazing solutions to problems I hadn't even thought about. She went well out of her way to assist me at 9: 00am no less! Absolutely stellar service - I would give more stars if I could.

Great service! The staff member who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress I was purchasing. Very happy with the Sleepapedic mattress.

- poor customer service
- product purchased was cracked when arrived, when addressed with store was further inconvenienced… (to say the least)
- after arguing my way to a resolution, providing evidence etc, had to then follow-up on the promised refund…
- not at all “ Fantastic”

The wanna be afro Indian guy working behind the store in pickup area is a manner less dude. If you can’t help customers at least speak politely. He needs to know that he’s there to work not to act like a boss.

I had bought furniture from a fantastic store and paid them to have it delivered. However, the delivery guys badly damaged my home, they tried forcing the lounge through the doorway and ripped the door off the hinges causing permanent damage, I have been left with no door as the door has been ripped from its hinges and an open home, I rang the store and they said there’s nothing the store can do for me, but didn’t offer to come out and fix it and they didn’t offer to organise someone to fix the damage done by the delivery guys. This purchase from the store has been an absolute nightmare.it has been a month since the damage and fantastic refuse to give any assistance or help, I ended paying myself to get the door repaired.huge disappointment.

5 stars to Genevieve our sales assistant. Minus 4 stars to Leslie, the most rude and obnoxious "sales" person I have ever come across. That leaves 1 star. The customer call centre staff and the delivery crew where great. Product is perfect but sorry, one bad employee makes people not come back.

10/10 customer service, I contacted the store about a piece of furniture that I had purchased in the past as there was a part that I needed to replace. They came back to me immediately and I was able to drop into their store and collect the piece I needed. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and the service exceeded my expectations.

Called this specific store to check a particular couch was in stock it was, was going to be delivered within the week, then proceeded to do afterpay, then got a call saying the order had been placed automatically with another store that was closer to me, meaning a 10 week wait, had to then cancel after pay, then drove the hour and a half to the preston store to pay in person so it didn't happen again, then to be told delivery was cancelled and a further 4 day wait, after I had already sold my other couch. So now nothing to sit on with a new born baby for 4 days, had to move into the parents house for comfort untill the couch is delivered. Absolute joke of a company do not bother, spend your money elsewhere. And don't bother selling your old couch because you will be without one for days on end and be told there is "nothing they can do" not even an offer of free delivery to compensate.

My mum purchased a couch and a table from here in November. Two delivery attempts were unsuccessful, with the deliveries being cancelled as soon as the tracker showed that the drivers had arrived at our address. After having received no information from FF regarding the issue, we went to the store to find out that our couch had been broken and no alternative delivery had been scheduled for the table. The customer service representative told us that there had been no communication regarding the couch, and organised us a delivery date for the table. She also told us that she would inquire about the couch and that we should call her for an update the following week (today). When I called, she informed me that there had been major miscommunications between the store and the warehouse and so she had not been able to acquire any information about the couch, and that we will only be able to get a refund for the couch once the table had been delivered, which is a worry, since the first two deliveries had been unsuccessful. Overall, this attempt to buy furniture has been a month-long ordeal, and it sounds like this store suffers from major management and communication issues. I will never buy from Fantastic Furniture again.

Pick up area people very rude bought a lounge suite threw on the trailer and walk off another lady got a mattress I helped her put it in her ute these days with shortage of jobs.sales person okay

Good price for couch and bedside table and fast delivery BUT surly unpleasant delivery guys who left muddy bootprints on brand new carpet. NOT HAPPY. And they didn't unwrap the couch & take away packaging as I was led to believe they would. So I guess you get what you pay for.

Preston shop has the worse customer service and they just ignore you and don't even bother to greet and assist. We didn’t even bother to even think about buying.

I ordered bed side table and a chest of drawers online to pick up. It took months for the order to get ready. When the order was finally ready and went to pick up, they said the bedside table was never in stock.

Would give the store a zero if I could. I ordered something in February that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Now over five weeks later, I still don't have a delivery date and I have to ring the store every week, and each time they tell me it should only be another week. Today I rang back and they said that the projected delivery date is in two weeks time.

Their website is obviously a blatant lie regarding delivery times and stock availability. Worst of all, they don't inform you or keep you up to date on your orders delays - so you essentially are assigned the homework of ringing up to constantly get the updates for yourself.

Disposable customer experience.

Fantastic furniture in Preston is really unprofessional, I had to get my money back & the obese lady who works there, thinks it's amusing, keep your money in your pocket or go somewhere else, I can see now why they are so cheap.

Great quality and awesome customer service! I was a bit skeptical about the quality because the furniture and the price seemed too good to be true. But it’s all true! Kudos to the online chat and the Preston store staff (Leslie in particular) who have been extremely helpful and responsive to my many queries about the delivery. Got my couch, desk and cabinet delivered within 14 days of ordering, they are all very well built and make our home look so much better. Thank you fantastic furniture! Highly recommend!

I accidentally brought two of the same product from different stores my fault fair enough. I haven’t even picked up the product and can’t get in touch with anyone to do a return for it. All I want is to talk to a human and explain what happened it shouldn’t take a month to get back and respond to someone.
