Fagg's Mitre 10

Friendly and helpful service. Not a huge shop but has plenty of hardware stock. The garden section outside is beautiful with a great selection.

Great range of plants and associated products. Varied selection of outdoor furniture. But most outstanding was the friendly, helpful staff. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable.

First time Customer and I was very impressed. The Staff were fantastic from the young woman at the Info desk directing me to what I was looking for to the lovely woman that is ordering me in a product that they don't stock. Very happy and looking forward to returning.

The staff were great. A lovely young lady came over and asked if I needed anything even though she was obviously already busy. Then when I went to the register there was another very pleasant young lady. I'll be returning

Went there today looking for landscaping screws and they were out of stock which was disappointing.

Told by a staff member she had closed her register for the day. Sent me to the trade desk. She then proceeded to serve a new customer after I had lined up at the trade desk. I do not have a mitre10 card or trade account. I will not be shopping here again.

I have never had any problems with Faggs Mitre 10. When I find someone I ask them if they are free to assist me with my list. Recently I wanted to plant out 7 avocado trees. I was told exactly what I needed and how to do it. The trees are thriving. Also, I have a worm farm and if they don't have the knowledge to assist me with purchases they find someone who does. Then they continue to go through my list with me, carrying heavy objects to my trolley, through checkout to loading my car. Well done Fagg's Mitre 10! I am heading to you as soon as I get my act together!

Lazy staff totally uninterested in helping. Service desks unmanned. Poor information given. To cap it off the blasted eftpos was not working AGAIN. Went to Bunnings in Leopold even though it was out of my way. Service a smile and cheaper price. Stay away from this joint.

Lazy, incompetent and irresponsible staff. Plan for every conceivable mistake, because these guys will make every one of them.
