Smaller selection than some larger stores but preferable if they have what you need. Always my first choice.

Cheaper than their opposition Bunnings on some things and possibly have a bigger range too.

Timber section (very helpful) put me through to garden section for my query about availability of garden stakes. 15 mins later no one has answered the phone and the music is awful. I even had time to draft this review. I have to hang up now.

I was served by a wonderful young guy in the.paint department. He is very customer focused and a cheerful happy some times singing young. I did make a comment about him before but he hasn't heard anything back. Please pass it on.

Chaotic environment and workers ignored us. Name is also kinda weird and should probably be changed.

The service I experienced at this store was second to none. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. The young ladies honestly was what impressed me the most. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fagg’s Mitre 10 to anyone, especially those unfamiliar in the area of general handyman and gardening duties.

Although they where out of H beam sleeper stays, they are usual well very stocked of pretty much anything you need hardware, gareden and building wise. I found their price similar to other large hardware stores. There's plenty of parking and the staff are polite well mannered and very helpful. I would of given 5 stars but they where well out of stock of what I needed. Great Mitre 10 all the same.

Unbelievable service given by a male staff member, in helping me select a small bathroom glass shelf and attaching plaster plugs. And also great coffee & service to finish my shopping.

We visited this morning to look at drawers for the back of our new ute, not expecting to buy, found a young man called Matt so helpful we bought a set, Matt even took them to our car, helped unload the ute so the drawers would fit in, great service Matt.

Excellent customer service, working in extreme heat, sweltering conditions. No air conditioning or adequatefans.

Great location, always get a parking spot close to door. Good to shop at a store that isn't a multi national conglomerate. Well laid out products. A much better customer experience than at Bunnings.

The staff in the timber area would do well to help customers with smaller needs, rather than fob them off to lean on twin-cabs and chat with tradies.

The staff were so lovely & caring to my elderly father on Sunday afternoon- they got a seat for him & a bottle of cold water, he was feeling lightheaded I think staff member bought themselves! What a good place you shop, great range & customer service so friendly.will be back.

Staff were really helpful as what we wanted only came in large quantities but they found us an alternative

Good local Mitre 10 with plenty of items to browse through and look at very friendly staff and easy of street parking.

No point calling they NEVER answer 5 times I called I pressed 4 for click and collect left messages no1 bothered to call back. Been 2weeks still nothing in regards to my order.

Great Geelong Hardware store and even better now with a cafe for that quick bite or drink while brousing

Reasonable prices. Great quality products. Good paint colour match. Lots of parking. Friendly staff.

Was visiting the Cafe there today unfortunately the staff running the Cafe were not very organised. Placing orders was difficult and took far to long to place orders. When orders were placed and payment due the staff didn't really ask what type of payment the customer was doing, because of payment issues it took longer to process orders. When my drink was delivered a pot of tea the T bag was not in the pot but sitting in the cup. I had also ordered and paid for a slice that did not arrive I had to go and request this and yes the staff had forgotten about this. Unfortunately we were looking for a new place to have a regular morning tea every few weeks unless a great improvement happens this is not the place as we are looking at around 10 people each time
