Friendly staff. However I didn't find the sander I was looking for. It is always better to call and check if your model is available. Looks like there is a tools shortage.

More expensive than Bunnings but it's worth it. The Staff actually know what they are talking about and are helpful. They have things that Bunnings don't and wouldn't probably know what they're for.if they did! Less of a range than Bunnings, but they stock value for money brands, not just cheap rubbish that'll break after a few uses.my Dad used to say " You will value the quality of the tool long after you've forgotten the price you paid! " I bought a sidcrome socket set in South Geelong mitre 10,25 years ago. Still going strong, probably still will be in another 25 years cost 100 dollars back then, but, stewth, I've had my money's worth! Talking of which great rewards scheme! All this praise, from a Scotsman, too!

Easy shopping experience- friendly & helpful advice in 2 sections (hand tools and garden) plus pleasant service at the register. Very happy with the price and range of product.

"mighty helpful" is a stretch. We were in the store for probably 10-15 minutes and didn't have one person ask if they could help us. They don't have gumboots in size 9 (all sold out), but plenty of other sizes. Signage seems small and awkward, bit hard to find where anything is. Happy to give mitre 10 another chance but wasn't too impressed unfortunately. They do have some cool stuff but yeah not a great start

Knowledgeable staff - I'm pretty thick, yet they were able to make me feel as if I could do what I needed to do with ease.and I did.

Thought I’d support local rather than Bunnings. Waited 20 minutes for customer service to be rudely told, “that’s how long it takes” and I needed to wait longer. Meh, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Today I went to buy some power tools over $500 and the eftpos failed both my ch act and my savings I ended up paying with credit, I had plenty of funds I later found that my bank was at fault, the young man who help us with our purchase was very helpfull, has anyone else have eftpos problems.

Love mitre 10, better cuts and better wood quality than Bunnings. But they have the worst website ever, impossible to find anything on there apart from your search found no matches. Please sort this out as you can't always come into store

Yeah, this store might not be as big as Bunnings but what it lacks in size it makes up for in good stock choices and excellent customer service. Their click and collect during lockdown was particularly efficient. I love their homewares/gift area too.

This is the general manager Andrew Pitman. Andrew ejects exempt people from the store for not wearing masks all while not wearing one properly himself.

Given the run aroung when placing a phone order transfered to 4 different staff, despite pressing the correct number on the menu. 1 staff member woul not even let me finish what l was saying before transfering me. The female that did finally take my order was 'at best' blunt!

Just wanted to Acknowledge the wonderful customer service provided by Richard in the tools and hardware section, I needed a spring to fix an old trilock door handle, , his product knowledge was great, he chased up the spring from a box of spares and handed it to me complimentary and it fixed my problem, you don't get that service from the big green shed, ill be back thanks again keep up the great service.

Terrible customer service- avoid the trade area if you can. Lot of old lazy, unfriendly, and downright dumb staff that seem to think they own the place and arent just minimum wage employees. Just drive to bunnings, its longer, but you'll thank yourself. They don't really want to work at this place.

A young fella helped me in store today and I was most impressed. I like the presentation of the store and the variety.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Having just moved to Geelong this site in South Geelong was a great discovery. The place to go in Geelong for getting melamine boards cut to size.

Friendly staff very helpful, great range of Weber products. Bought a Charcole kettle and couldn't be happier!

Great place to get hardware and plants for the garden the staff are great and know whats there talking about.

Had a lovely young fellow help me out today named Corey in the timber yard. Spectacular service. Very satisfied with my experience in the store and with the friendly staff who go out of their way to give you a helping hand.

Had to get key cut for Car. I bought in my own pre chipped key I got from EBay, the team very carefully cut. Worked perfectly.

Other than a glitch with the computed register the staff were very apologetic and effient in rectifying the issue.
