Was recommended by an acquaintance to see a doctor here for my injured back. Spent most of the appointment one fingered typing my medical history in. Gave me very very basic knowledge of what to do that was very common sense based and told me I was done. Then shoo'd me out of the room to 'walk around' with my injured back saying it would be good for me. Walking around actually made it worse in the first place and bed rest actually helped it heal faster. Each to their own. However, only AFTER my appointment and AFTER I was seen I was told there would be a fee charged. $110 or $120, don't remember. I should've been told about this PRIOR to entering or even when I called up to make an appointment and very clearly said I was a new patient. I wouldn't have minded as much knowing this information beforehand. Lucky a portion was bulkbilled, but still, more importantly it's the principle of things. You should know you are being charged for a service or product before you use it. Never again.

Finally I found a nice GP!
Dr Reihane Nikrou not only is an excellent GP, but also a reliable friend that my wife and I can trust her always. I am so happy to have her as my GP.

She listens carefully to what I said. She treated me well.
I also had a botax injection with her. She is perfectly experienced.
