Saw my daughter as a walk in after a severe allergic reaction. Fantastic caring service and really appreciated being helped on the spot.

I went there with clinical lab pathology prescription and they said we can't do your lab test because we are with dorivich lab.but all other clinic are allowed to do so.really disappointed.

Friendly staff and excellent Doctors. But long waiting always have to wait for your appointment more that 20 Minutes and more…they don’t care about your time.

Dr Caryn Tay and the reception team provide the most exceptional level of care I’ve ever received from a GP in my life. After being with my previous GP for too long, I made the change to Dr Tay recently and I am amazed. Dr Tay is caring, kind, knowledgeable and is open to finding out about new developments in medicine which might help her patients. The reception team are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do, and managed to do seemingly impossible tasks like get my records from the previous GP on my behalf. Thank you so much!

The reception lady is very rude and non cooperative. We had three back to back appointments from 11: 45am to 12: 15pm. They didn’t bother to update us that the clinic is running behind time. We had to wait for 1hr for our first appointment. I told the reception that I took break from work and have to join back. But she just told me that we’re running behind. WITH NO APOLOGY. She didn’t even bother to apologise or say anything. There were no more patients sitting in the clinic except us. We already filled the new patient form through online link that was sent to is at the time of booking the appointment, still the reception asked us to fill it again as they can’t find it in the system. The doctors are really good and he apologised to us for the late. But the admin/reception staff is something that represents you. Please work on it. At least inform the patients about the delay and if you can’t, upon asking, atleast apologise!

Dr Eva Wu is very caring. Overall a clean clinic. Would be better if they replace the peeling couch at the waiting area.

Excellent service.special thanks to Dr. Hamid. I had the best experience with him till now. Friendly environment and patients oriented.

Best doctors, in particular Dr Hosseini, however, the clinic payment system is not friendly with international students' health covers (not sure about other health covers, though).

Dr Hamid is our family doctor,
we go to this clinic just because of him, recently the management change so they are going to be private and not bulk billed, I am really disappointed because now we cant go to our family doctor because of this change, this clinic didnt give any notice of this change.
I hope dr hamid will go to another clinic so we can go to him.this 5 star is for dr Hamid not for the management.

Such an awful experience with dr Hamid Hosseini! My son fell down badly and I took him straight away to the dr Hamid Hosseini, He stitched his elbow after 10 days. My son visited him a few times (maybe 4 or 5 times) during these 10 days. The dr Hamid Hosseini didn’t even figure out that he needed stitches, even though his elbow was bleeding everytime. He didn’t care. Don’t waste your time with this unknowledgeable and unprofessional doctor. Anyway I am going to make a complaint!

Gentle and considerate nurses while for vaccine jab, in a special room quarantined from other ordinary work.

Patient since 2019, today had experienced terrible services. Miscommunication and Careless to patient, compliant email sent to manger today. I will see how long to have a response.

Up date on 05/10/2021, no response at all so far since a week. Disappointed and no longer go there.
