No words can describe how much we appreciate you for your kindness towards our family members, how lucky and blessed we are to have you beside us as a Doctor and more than a friend, your knowledge and attitude made you different from every one else, I greatly appreciate what you have done for Reza today while you been too busy, thanks heaps Mahnaz, Hamid, Reza and Armin.

I had an appointment at 10am and they kept me waiting for 50 mins. Very unprofessional behaviour. Wasted so much time.

I have to make sure Dr. Hamid Hosseini gets sued. He did cause trauma to the patients due to his medical negligence. 3 complaints have been submitted till date!

Honestly avoid him & AVOID THIS PLACE!

Dr Hamid Hosseini is AMAZING! He has been so good in looking after myself, my husband and Children. He is particularly good with kids. My son had an absolute fear of injections after having had a terrible experience. He was calm with him and explained the need to have it and the benefits and how lucky he was to have parents who could afford the look after his health. He sat with him while the nurse did the injection and he has never looked back. He truly is a great doctor! Highly recommend

This is my regular GP. I like their services. Dr Hamid is very qualified and knowledgeable. He knows how to identify and treated a mold like skin tag on my shoulder. I am currently having treatment for my inflamed knee joint. Dr Hamid is doing PRP to treat it. There are many other services provided by this medical center.

I found Everwell a very clean and neat medical centre. I usually see Dr Hamid Hosseini who I believe is the most caring person and knowledgeable and skillful doctor I've ever met. I highly recommend to see him if you need any medical help or check up and I'm sure you will find out you're in good hands.

Dr. Hamid Hosseini is our GP and he has now become more of a family doctor. We were having severe tough times over the last 3 months because of flu etc.and he was patient enough to hear us every single time we consulted him. Would highly recommend his services. My 3 YO daughter is so fond of him and feels very comfortable with him.

I had an infection on my nose and I have seen 4 different GPs and have been hospitalized for 2 days, nothing helped until I met Dr Hosseini. He is more skilled than your regular GP. The infection was cured in 2 weeks. Thank you Doc! You did a wonderful job.

I like this centre, my GP is there and the staff are very helpful. The only problem is that sometimes you have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes after your booked time to go in.

One of the best medical centers I have ever visited.you can find bulk billing doctors, very friendly, available and not that busy. In addition clean and tidy and organized. Among the doctors, dr Hamid hosseini is my favorite. My kids love him.

I had the misfortune of experiencing one of the receptionists whilst at Everwell yesterday after deciding to go along with a family member to keep her company. Appointment at 11am, although I have no idea why they insist on making appointments, waited over 45 minutes before the doctor came, similar wait time a few days ago as well.
So, after sitting there for about 40 minutes, the baby started to get a little restless, she was due for a bottle. My daughter asked the receptionist if there was somewhere to warm up the baby's bottle?
This was met with a cold, vacant stare filled with what looked to be a complete annoyance, followed by a flat out, no. Again, asking for a cup of warm water or was there a microwave available somewhere?
She held the baby's bottle up so there was no misunderstanding. Again, all she got was, no. Not even a reason why, however this time the receptionist turned away to stare at her computer screen.
Daughter sat down again, then handed me the baby as the Dr finally called her in. I approached the counter, waited for the receptionist to stop staring at her screen and acknowledge me, which took me saying, 'excuse me' to get her attention.
I asked again if there was somewhere a baby's bottle could be warmed up? The look of utter annoyance followed by a pathetic attempt to indicate she did not clearly understand English did not give her the response she was after, I’m sure. But, if the counter staff don't understand English, why are they in that position?
I questioned why she was unable to heat up a bottle of formula for a baby and as this was taking place, what appeared to be one of the clinics dentists approached and stood behind the receptionist.
I explained the situation, and her refusing any assistance whatsoever. Immediately the dentist offered to take the bottle and warm it up. She was lovely and the only good thing I can say about the entire situation. So, thank you for your assistance.
This caused another round of sour expressions from the receptionist.
Seriously, you should be completely ashamed of yourself and definitely not be in a position where any form of human interaction is required.
Everwell, what a disgraceful encounter and not the representation any business would want. After looking at your website I see you offer, 'Family & Childrens' services.
I hate to think what her response would be to a sick child if she is unwilling to offer warm water for a bottle.

Very bad custormer service. Don't see Dr. Wu, she is an incredibly rude and abrupt. Definitely not going to see her again.

It is a pleasure to see Dr Hosseini in this surgery. He is experienced GP who is easy to talk to. He is proficient in procedures, Caring for patients and chasing the best result.

Dr.hosseini was awesome, he explained everything, every step of the way.i actually made the right choice of doctor.i will continue to see dr hosseini and perfect service and very nice staff

Since my first day at Everwell Nunawading, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionists are very friendly, over the phone or in person. Doctor Hamid is smart, realistic, honest and friendly. As a registered nurse myself, I believe in 'best practice' in healthcare and I can say my experience with this GP is awesome. Higly recommended!

It’s very unprofessional and unorganised clinics. We had to wait for 1 hr and 15 mins for our appointment. We complained to the receptionist after we waited for one hour. She said the doctor will see us next. Somehow, the doctor decided to see someone arrived way after us. After waited for another 15 mins, my husband asked if any other doctor is available. Then she offered us to see another doctor.
We have been there a few times before and always had to wait for 30-45 mins.

I don’t think I ever going to go back there again. It’s so inconsiderate to keep making your patients to wait for a such long time every singl time.
