Such a fantastic Bridal Store! I was an interstate bride and Franca and Jamie were so accommodating to my many emails and calls - I felt like a super star for my appointment being allowed to try on many beautiful dresses- it was the best experience. My Dress arrived and it is absolutely stunning and the girls went above and beyond to get it to me.

I had walked into Eternal Bridal and was interested in a particular gown. I was greeted by Franca and not only was she completely helpful, accommodating (she got me an appointment the next day) but also made me feel so comfortable.
The following day I went in with my family and Franca made the whole experience absolutely memorable! She gave me her down right honest opinion and helped me with my decision. I appreciated her honest approach to the situation and because of that i knew I could trust her and ultimately walk away with my dream dress.
Knowing I couldnt make my decision without my dad seeing the gown she did not in anyway pressure me to buy anything unless i was certain. She made my third and final appointment with the amazing Jamie and I'm so glad she did! Jamie completely understood my nerves as I was about to make a huge decision but was SOO patient with me and my family.
The handover between both women was seamless and made everything so easy. I cant wait to go back next Feb! Your customer service is absolutely incredible!

After being to many bridal stores, my experience at Eternal Bridal was a stand out. Thank you to beautiful Franca who gave us such outstanding service. She is not only super friendly and honest but was able to suggest dresses that I would of never have thought would suit my body shape. It really is a head to toe styling session! What an amazing experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store, and was explained the appointment process. Turns out my dream dress was one I hadn't even chosen for myself! I worked with Franca who pulled my dream gown, knowing what would look amazing on me. As soon as I put it on, tears began to flow! Franca knew my body type, style, and my budget. I bought my wedding dress from Eternal Bridal Melbourne. From my first appointment to all my fittings and final pickup it has been an amazing experience. Eternal Bridal had a lot of options to chose from and it wasn’t overwhelming like some other bridal stores I had been to. Thankyou to all the staff who helped me and were patcient with me, this made my experience 100 times better!

Myself, my mother and my maid of honour had a wonderful experience. We were helped by the beautiful Natalia who was so professional, friendly, listened carefully to my likes and dislikes and made me feel very comfortable. We dealt with Natalia, who turned out to be brilliant. Having tried elsewhere and been met with quite pushy staff it was wonderful to have such a fun and professional experience with this young lady. Natalia really listened to my daughter's likes and dislikes, made some great suggestions and enhanced our overall experience. Shopping with both my daughter's on Mother's Day for my eldest's Wedding Dress has been one of the highlights of my 'mum' duties and Natalia made it a beautiful time.

My friends and I walked in on the Saturday without an appointment, the place was rather busy and I could see that all them consultants were occupied with other brides. Lynn greeted us and asked us to look around the shop, she was in and out appointments but still tried her best to attend to us. After 15 minutes of waiting, they got too busy and had to ask us to come back in an hour which I am sooo glad we did. I was helped by beautiful Natalia (who is a bride-to-be herself), she was so informative, passionate and most importantly honest, which makes the whole experience fun and light yet productive. With Natalia's help, I have narrowed down on the dresses I liked, all I need now is to go again with my mother and mother-in-law and wedding gown will be ticked off my list!

I had the worst experience at this store. I made an appointment and was called to reschedule because a staff member won't be coming in until 10am - my appointment was at 9am. I was told the staff member had an appointment elsewhere, but was confused as to why there was no cover for the staff, but the customer had to be rescheduled to suit the shop? ! Oh, but there was an opening at 3pm, if I wanted - I had told them that I had an appointment in the morning and 9am would have suited. I was not that desperate to see them to hang around High Street until 3pm, thank you!

Upon arriving at the store, the staff did not acknowledge me until I spoke to her. She told me and my friends to pick out dresses and she would put them into the change room. When we were done, I saw that she had only picked up 2 or 3 dresses of the ones we chose and stood at the desk having a conversation. I felt like I was driving the whole thing: I had to tell her that we were done and that I'd like to try them on. This staff member did not seem enthusiastic about her job at all.

Trying on the dresses was another issue: I was pinched with the clamps and pricked with the pins at one point. And any questions about the dress was met with "the seamstress will alter/do this/do that". While, I understand that the dresses are bought overseas and then altered, it was clear that she was not the seamstress or tailor and was only interested in the conversation with the other staff.

I've seen better dresses and did not have high hopes for this store. I can't believe I wasted my time there.

I had an amazing experience at Eternal Bridal. Staff was very friendly and helpful, my appointment went very smoothly, when I explained the style on my mind they helped my find my dream dress in less than 30min eventhough there's soo many beautiful options. My wedding is less than 7 months and Instead of freaking out like other wedding dress stores/designers, they came with reasonable solutions without adding heavy rush fees and making us feel its impossible to get things done in such a short period of time. I wasn't going to bother with this review but thought I would share my experience.

I submitted an online request to make an appointment and received confirmation that I was booked in for 25th November. Upon walking into the store, I waited at the check in desk but no one came over. Given I was early, I decided to walk around the store to look at some dresses. I made eye contact with the consultant on the floor who was trailing a potential customer and her bridal party. No acknowledgement. At appointment time, I waited at the desk and was not greeted until I went to speak to the consultant. I was advised that my appointment had been booked in for 25th of January, 2019.

"Luckily" they could squeeze me in. Although I specified that I only wanted to try the 3 dresses I picked out, the consultant I was with (different to the lady at the front of the store) decided to leave me to my own devices in the change room (half undressed in the middle of trying on a dress), to find some more dresses I didn't ask for.and she did not come back. After waiting a few minutes and deciding to leave the store, I found the consultant at the front casually chatting to a customer? Potential customer? Who knows.

The consultant did call to apologise and offer 10% off a dress I tried on. OK. No problem, I wasn't going to bother writing a review, I found my dress somewhere else and I forgot about this place.

But I just received a text message reminding me about my appointment, apparently on 25th January 2019. By far the worst experience I've had at a bridal store.

I loved my dress and I found the entire wedding thing pretty breezy, but the lack of professionalism in this shop was astounding.
I got a highly unprofessional phone call, insinuating 2weeks our from my wedding, that my dress might be late, due to issues with staff away at the time of ordering. After listening to excuses for 5minutes, I said all I want to know is will my dress be here min time, to which I was told there is no need to get emotional! After listening to private staff issues for the excuses I could hardly believe my ears.
That aside, when I was being measured for my dress I said I would like the neckline changed a little and was told they’d do that when my dress was made. Only to find out I had to pay for alterations for a custom made dress, which they do not do in-house! So I, had to fit in alteration time into my schedule prior to my wedding (the neckline change was not possible either with the dress completely constructed.)
The dressmaker they suggested was wonderful and really saved the day for me and found a solution for the neckline.
I got my dress and loved it, but I would not recommend engaging in business with Eternal Bridal for other brides.

Yesterday my best friend and I came through the shop in Armadale to browse some gowns for her wedding and we were greeted by the most friendly staff on the street. In all seriousness I've never been wedding dress shopping before but some shops really know how to make you feel like you're a burden on their lives.

The girls at Eternal Bridal on High Street however were a breath of fresh air, with their fun loving attitude and genuine honesty they made us feel like they cared about their customers. Whilst the dresses were beautiful, we didn't find what we wanted. However I'd have to say their customer service was something that would make me remember that place the next time anyone ever asks about a wedding dress.

Well done girls for being genuine and caring. It's really not that hard to make someone who's potentially going to spend thousands in your shop feel welcome, and you've got the formula down pat. Just continue to be the amazing people that you are, you'll go a long way I'm sure. You should even offer to train some of the other staff in the other bridal stores - not because I want them to be better, I just want them to get a sense of how ineffective they really are.

I have recently purchased my wedding dress from Eternal Bridal. From the moment I walked in Natalia was kind, helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find my perfect dress. I showed Natalia photos of what I was interested in and she assisted me in picking that style but also encouraged me to try others on to ensure I had a range of options. This is exactly the help that brides need, so many decisions when planning a wedding seem overwhelming and rushed but having someone be so open and helpful calmed my nerves. I returned to try on my 2 favourites and nothing was too much, from swapping veils and sleeves Natalia offered genuine advice and answered all my questions with honesty and clarity. I am so appreciative that something people warned be about being the hardest part of planning a wedding was so seamless and enjoyable. Thank you Natalia for being so warm and welcoming and making it all feel so special. I would highly recommend Eternal Bridal to any bride.
