Franca is amazing! Eternal Bridal has an amazing range and Franca goes above and beyond to make sure I felt amazing in my dress. Their communication and updates through lockdown were excellent.

Could not of asked for a better experience and it’s all thanks to Eternal bridal especially Franco. She went above and beyond to help me find my special dress. Dress shopping was a lot harder for me as I’m originally from Ireland so I don’t have any family members with me, Franco made sure my experience was amazing and allowed me to FaceTime family when trying in dresses. Wedding dress shopping is overwhelming, but she made the process easy and comfortable and made sure I left with a dress that I felt like a 'bride' in. I had such a great experience at Eternal Bridal Melbourne, the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Franca and she was incredible! This wasn't the first dress place I had been to, I hadn't found anything I loved until I came here and was spoilt for choice! There was so much to choose from. I am the most indecisive person going, Franca was very patient and helped me decide between two dresses. She is very knowledgable and helped me choose the most amazing dress.

My experience with Akira and all the ladies at Eternal Bridal was amazing. I was very nervous and overwhelmed walking to the shop but they made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped through the door. I never expected to find my dream dress in the first shop I went to visit and the second dress I tried on. Akira was beyond helpful and just fabulous! Unfortunately my wedding had to be postponed this year due to the pandemic but they made sure I got my dress and I just can’t wait to wear it now.
