I had the best experience today with the lovely Caitlin, she was so patient with me and provided a 5 star experience, she had the dresses I enquired about, all ready to be tried on and Caitlin helped me find the style that best suits me and my vision for my wedding!
Caitlin wasn’t pushy to buy, she encouraged me to think about the style and come back in again soon, for this reason I will be returning, I don’t want to look elsewhere, Caitlin was fantastic with setting up payment options and flexible with payment plans, the dresses are all top quality and absolutely stunning, you cannot fault eternal bridal.

Had the best experience at Eternal Bridal Melbourne with Ferani! We walked in & she offered us an appointment on the spot for later that day which was very helpful. The team, especially Ferani, went above and beyond to make sure the dress was perfect by ordering in my size from the Sydney store and we were able to pick it up only 3 days later. Big variety of styles and sizes to try on. Very impressed by the service provided from the moment we walked in and would definitely recommend if you are looking for your dream dress

Eternal Bridal was the first bridal dress shop I visited and coming into the store I wasn't quite sure what I was after. Caitlin provided brilliant advice around dresses that would suit my body type, was patient as I tried many dresses and ultimately helped me find the perfect dress. If you're looking for a dress and not quite sure what you are after Caitlin is the person to see. She is friendly, patient, helpful and not at all pushy.

My experience with eternal bridal has been exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the shop the team have been super attentive and where able to accommodate my request to combine two different dresses. They have took the stress away from me of booking in the alternation appointments and are as excited as I am to see my vision come to light. Ferani has been super responsive to my emails and explained each step of the processes and put my mind at ease. Thank you to the entire team!

Went here to try on Enzoani gowns as I'd seen them online and fell in love with them. I ended up getting my dress here with the help of the wonderful Caitlin (who is an absolute gem of a human). As soon as I walked in the service was 10/10. I went in on my own and had so much support and guidance on which dress was best suited for my body. Brooke was the greatest hype trying on every dress and able to answer all my questions. She was really fun!

The dresses at Eternal bridal are super flattering! They really snatch your waist and such great quality gowns. My experience with Lyndell was amazing. She is so helpful and supportive. She also gives an honest opinion and guidance throughout the appointment. Lyndell made me feel very comfortable and stress free! 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely loved finding my wedding dress at Eternal Bridal! Franca was amazing to work with. She has a superb eye for style and recognised my vision straightaway. Despite leaving my shopping until pretty late in the piece and not being able to get a gown in from overseas on time, Franca found a sample dress which I absolutely loved. She referred me to their tailors who turned it into a truly one of a kind piece. The staff at Eternal Bridal were kind and professional. They made me feel really special trying out different styles. The dress was comfortable and wore well throughout the day. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

After visiting seven bridal stores and trying over 20+ dresses, I have finally said yes to a dress. I had such an amazing experience and didn't feel rushed or pressured, she was really attentive and I loved that she gave her honest feedback on the different dresses and styles to ensure the dress flattered my body shape.

She really took her time to help me find my dress and I wished this was my first stop but I definitely saved the best for last.

Cait was amazingly helpful throughout my entire wedding dress shopping process! I had had some pretty awful experiences until I walked into Eternal Bridal Melbourne.
She made me and my Bridesmaids so comfortable, provided champagne and amped us up and got us excited for the process.

Amazing experience! Franca was a bloody angel and made the process so wonderful and found the shape and style that suited me and wasn't what I had in mind at all. Was better:)

The staff were all really nice from the moment I walked through the door and listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was.
After trying on a few dresses they staff lead me down the right path for a dress that wasn't only stunning on the rack but that actually suited my body type and I am so thankful for their work in helping me find the dress and in making the experience memorable.

What an amazing time I had at Eternal Bridal! My first visit, Cait made us feel absolutely welcome. She accommodated all my requests about trying on various gowns, was patiently answering my 28458851 questions and just made the experience absolutely fun and engaging!

The next appointment I went to get my measurements down for my gown and requested for an appointment for my girlfriend who was also looking for a gown. Franca and Cait were both there and they were just honestly amazing and informative about the dress and everything else we needed to consider (e.g. Type of heels, gown suitability for location, details about the designer, honest opinion on the fit etc.) That day, I bought the gown of my life and my girlfriend was so blown away by the gorgeous selection and amazing service that she bought her gown on that day too!

Rarely write reviews but I will definitely be pointing my girlfriends to this boutique for their bridal gowns! Thank you so much Cait and Franca!

Franca was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what style would look best and helped me see which dress I was most confident in. It was dream. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
