I have been getting waxes here for a while now and twice I have had the same therapist use strip wax for my xxx bikini. After asking her in the middle of the appointment to please only use hard wax, as I have sensitive skin, she refused and continued to use the strips.

Went in to get a 1hr facial.

This normally involves skin treatment to the décolletage and I fully expected this but the lady did not bother to do it, nor did she communicate that she wasn’t going to do it, why not and what she was doing instead.

If you’re going to alter the treatment I expect full upfront communication. I can’t see a clock and don’t know that it’s over until it’s done at which point it’s too late.

Love all of the team that work here! Happy friendly and caring staff. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended

I had 4 piercings done on the same day by Mala. She was great! She was calming, funny and professional. She was very patient with me taking my time to mark the perfect spots for my piercings. Her humour has made the whole process a little less scary too. Highly recommend her!

Room was extremely dirty, marks on the bed and drapes hadn't been changed.felt like i was getting it done at a back alley

Staff here have no idea what’s going on and don’t seem to care. I needed to change my nose ring. The receptionist took me through my options after I told her what I needed. She assured me that the one she chose would be the same size (For work) and made me an appointment for the following day. I came back, someone put it in and it was twice the size of my previous ring! To make it worse, when I asked her to put my original back in she struggled and it was incredibly painful. No one apologised and I left in tears. 2 stars because at least I didn’t pay anything.
