I had a piercing with Mala and she was amazing, funny, professional, kind and I even got a lollipop to top off an amazing experience!

Just had my 52nd birthday and a brown patch of sun skin on my cheek got browner from sun exposure when berry picking. I had the Microdermabrasion and WOW! The spot is nearly gone and my face looks so much cleaner and is glowing. Highly recommend:)

I have had my industrial piercing here and now they are fully healed so i wanted to give a review.while the wait was quite long (an hour), the ladies did my piercing painlessly and they were really sweet.they helped me with the aftercare informations and were super patient.

Got my upper lobes pierced by Mala this morning - she was excellent. Well-informed and absolutely lovely. Good experience.

They were nice but i got my belly button done really pretty loved the look until i realised that hold on a minute its so thin if anything pulls on it it will rip off not very happy at all make sure to look before you get the hole and i think its gorgeous very nice once again very thin

My friend and i travelled a while up to Essential Beauty Southland to get piercings after hearing such good reviews about Mala - and she did not disappoint! I had my 2nd and 3rd ear pierced 2 weeks ago. It was painful for days and thought how it suppose to be. Right ear was fine after while but left wasn’t so I look off my jewel today and saw a very big red whole which bleed after while. It was because they tight the jewel way too much. All the ear around the jewel as been infected. Did I just spend money to get scar?

Love all the girls at this store! They're always happy to help out with any questions I have, wouldn't go anywhere else for my piercings.

Went here nearly a week ago today, nice staff etc.got my seconds done and now they are infected due to the cheap earrings they pierce your ears with. More expensive than a normal pharmacy yet fails to meet basic hygiene standards and give free cleaning product like every other piercing place does and only offers cleaning product for an extra $20. They don't explain when and how to clean your ears like basic pharmacy's do either.
