Piercers are lovely but $86.95 is a quite steep for two earlobe piercings but other than that I will definitely be coming back here to get more ear piercings

I recently got, my ears pierced and got an eyebrow wax. The girls here did such an amazing job and they were so lovely I’m very happy with my end result! I definitely recommend coming to this store and be blessed with these amazing girls and their amazing treatments!

Beware the surcharge they don’t tell you about when you book! Was expecting to pay $60 as they told me it would be, ended up being just under $86 with the overpriced spray and surcharge.

I got my nose pierced this morning and they were really nice and friendly. They made sure I liked where the piercing would go before doing the piercing. After the piercing they checked if I was ok. Thank you essential beauty I had a great experience with you and will definitely get another piercing here

I got my Tragus pierced by Kaitlin a few days ago and she was the absolute sweetest and made sure to go through everything with me and took her time to make sure I was ready. Highly recommend her! Then I got my thirds and a forward helix done by Emily today and I’m so disappointed. She had dotted the placement for the earrings which was all good, then I literally sat down for 10 seconds and she had already pierced my third with the gun. I had no idea she was actually going to pierce it at that moment, she just went for it without telling me. There was no professionalism with her piercing my ear especially with my forward helix. There was no communication from her about what she was doing, when she was doing it, no asking if I’m okay after my first piercing and no asking if I’m ready. It felt like I was a mannequin she had no respect for. Sure I’ve had other piercings done so I know how it goes but for the ease of customers’ minds you would think she would have a better professionalism to her but there was absolutely zero.

I wanted to try this new salon, but they cancelled my appointment two hours before its scheduled time, admitting that the beautician I had booked had taken another appointment with a regular customer. I found this unprofessional and lacking regard and won’t be going back there. I ended up using Mystical Beauty and Brow in Southland and they were great.

My friend and I both got helix piercings by Ash. She was absolutely lovely. Quick, efficient and both our piercings have healed well and look great.:)
I'm very happy with the placement and quality of the jewellery (I get infections with cheaper jewellery so i can tell it's good quality!)
Can't wait to get my next one:)

Lovely staff to talk to and great at their jobs, it’s a nerve racking thing getting waxed but I’ve been made to feel comfortable every time.

Ruined my lashes so expensive do not go waste of money and time half my lashes go sideways from getting a lash lift here and it’s been 5 weeks

Bit hit or miss… got my firsts, seconds and industrial pierced here and no issues. However, more recently got my belly pierced and not only did they do it in the wrong spot (too high! Not actually in my belly button) but also used a ring that was way too small so the top ball sunk deep into my skin when it started to swell. Asked my friend who had been here and got their belly pierced if this was normal and they said they also had a negative experience and had to get it redone properly elsewhere. Went back to complain and they switched the ring to a longer one free of charge and said to come back if there are any issues and they can redo the piercing if needed. I wish it was just done right the first time:/

A huge thank you to Mel for putting my piercing back in and being so gentle and kind. It was a little traumatic for me after it came out after a week I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The staff are beautiful and caring.

Thanks Mala for quick, safe and accurate ear piercing for my toddler. Being a mum I was very nervous but you made it super easy and comfortable for my child. No pain at all and after care is also easy. I highly recommend to other parents to try your services for their children’s ear piercing. Beautiful earring collection too. Thanks again!

We got our helix and seconds done today by Kaitlin. And we love how they turned out! Kaitlin was so sweet and comforting. She was super helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

I had a lash and eyebrow wax and tint as well as a spray tan on the same day. Both therapists were amazing. However I was not informed not to do a spray tan on my face after a eyebrow tint.

This ended up I’m leaving orange lines above my eyebrows which is not coming off.

This is quite embarrassing and truly disappointing as I would have expected this advice to be a priority especially where a client receives more than one treatment.

I am sure I completed my contact details when I made the appointment, I therefore think it’s good customer service for your practice manager to call me instead of requesting me to call.

I’ve been coming to essential beauty for years on and off for waxing and never been disappointed. The girls here are friendly, professional, quick and work really well within their environment. I’ve been seeing Kaitlyn for my services recently and I couldn’t recommend her enough.keep up the great work guys
