I went to go get my second piercings done on my ear lobe (this was one year ago), a lovely lady served me and it seemed to go well at first. My ear lobe started to have signs of redness and was stung a lot.a few days later the piercing itself sunk in the lobe, I was there trying to push it back in for 30 minutes, I was in a serious amount of pain but eventually did and thinking it was going to get infected. The same thing was kept happening as it seemed it had stretched my piercing hole, I was still under fare amount of pain and in those last remaining weeks I taped the piercing to my ear lobe and sprayed it, however the piercing recovered as soon as I got take it out after the 6 weeks, this was by putting a larger good quality earring in and repetitively
Spraying it. My ear lobe was no longer on the urge of infection and is completely fine. From my experience the cause of this was for the earring being too small!
I’m planning to get my cartilage done today but not sure it’s such a good idea to?

Had my lashes tinted today. Unfortunately the tint was not left on long enough even though I said it usually takes a while to process. Pretty frustrating

Amazing. Bec does my waxing, she did my first ever leg wax and I haven't gone to anyone else since her! Didn't even hurt as bad as my friends said it would lol. Bec makes me laugh everytime I come in. My mum loves her too!

Horrible avoid at all costs! - got left permanently disfigured and they refuse to come to any resolution or provide an ABN.

Most amazing tanning salon, the ladies working there are so extremely lovely and make you feel so comfortable. I had a few troubles with my tan as I got it wet in the rain and they all were so lovely helping me to get my tan back to perfect and even following up with a call the next day to ask how my tan turned out. Would definitely recommend, my tan from essential beauty always looks extremely natural and glowy.

Lady removed my daughter's stuck earrings and didnt charge anything for it, saying that all she wanted was her little customers to be happy (we had pierced her ear from this shop about a year ago). If this isnt good will, I dont know what is.

The ladies in here are amazing at what they do! Always happy to help. Great service and clean shop.

It’s one thing to have a bad experience at a business but then another when the follow up customer service is also terrible.

Extremely professional and great prices. Shay was fantastic with waxing. I have been going here for many years and they never disappoint.

Disappointed by this wax as a full leg and bikini was rushed in 20 minutes, due to the technician being late causing her to miss patches of hair. Used a metal spatula to wax my legs, which made the wax extremely hot and painful, causing bruises as she was pressing hard on my legs. Felt extremely rushed and was only spoken to in order to sell me items. Unfortunately did not get the name of the technician as I have been here before and the wax was much better by someone different.

I called Monday morning and spoke to your piercer on the phone (I'm so sorry but I don't remember her name). She was lovely. So informative. I have rang and tried to get information from a few different stores and this lady was so nice.

Great atmosphere, professional therapists. Waxing and facial services are perfect. Clean salon. Great stock. Always a positive attitude from staff.
I have my appointments with Bec (the manager - I believe), can't fault her. Always come out of my treatments with a smile and sore cheeks from having a giggle with her. Bec has started me on the Dalton skin care (I love it). Results are flawless. She knows her stuff! I always thank her for making me feel and look a million bucks.

Check the cost when in store, got given a cost over phone including 10% extra for public holiday (fair enough) but then when it came time to pay it was even more.

I have been customer of this salon for more than 5 years. Shay is amazing, always with her gorgeous smile and service she provide is fantastic. I was booked in for ear piercing for my little girl at 4pm but when a walked in at 3.40pm my baby was sleeping so the lady said to come back before 5. I was there at 4.50pm and the some blonde lady said.sorry we are close now. My reaction was shocking! I understand that she was ready to leave and she wouldn't care about her job and company. She shutted the door even if the entire shopping centre was still open.

Very poor experience my first time getting a tan,
I was rushed, not explained properly on the do's and don'ts, I did what she told me
Yet the tan left streaks all on my legs, missing spots,
so I had patches of the tan and fingers were all to orange.
They told me to come back and fix it, yet she didnt want to see what happened she just rushed me to fix it as she said she knew what went wrong

I then showed after getting her to fix it and could still see the faded streaks all along my leg.
And patches on my underarms. And orange hands and feet

Really disappointed I will not go back for sure

Amazing customer service. After recommendations from other mums at school. I came in for my daughters ear piercing. The therapists were amazing. So comforting, no stress, anxiety free as there was no time for her to chicken out of it. Quick and easy! Will be definitely be passing on my recommendations!
