Booked in online to get my 6 yr olds ears pierced for her first time. Appointment was Confirmed via email and text. Arrived at appointment to be met by a rude lady saying that we didn’t have an appointment, and that I only just booked in shortly before arriving (I didn’t, I had booked in days prior). Told me I basically didn’t know how to book online. Very strange experience and definitely won’t be going back. Was feeling very furious at this treatment.

Absolutely stoked with my lip piercing. Done by Stacey it was both our first time she is confident, friendly and put my mind at ease. Bec could not give better customer service if she tried what a friendly gal. It was a joke they gave me a trainee because of my looks, meaning I didn't have fancy clothes on etc trust me it's true even the way they spoke to me I should have left. Also the price was insane $62 face wax, that's not the worst of it the job she did was not what I wanted also she kept asking me is this how you do it? Um is this wrong etc now I Iook like uneven hairy in some places gotta go home and fix it. Also she didn't put any oil thingies afterwards but by that point I was done. Don't go there unless you wanna be ripped off and treated poorly the only good thing was the kid was really nice

Saba is the most professional person. She’s quick and thorough. She’s polite and welcoming. Have been to many over the years and will follow her as doubt I could ever find another as good as her. Perfect every time and accomodating. Always on time. Always smiling:)

Essential beauty is one of my favourite places to visit! All the staff are so kind, the store is well kept and hygienic and very clean. Sava is a great worker and she always exceeds the standard! Love this place

Went to essentially beauty northlands today and got a spray tan just on time for Christmas. The ladys were lovely and kind. Got the spray tan waited three hours before showering and it all came off very disappointed!

Great service! I've been seeing Jess for years she always provides such quality treatments, she does all my waxing and piercings ensuring I'm always comfortable! Sava and Jess make a fun environment at their work such a good atmosphere recommend 110%

Online booking system is difficult and insufficient. It allows you to book in services which are not on offer. Eg septum on the day we went? On top of that we were met with a very rude staff member (Jess) so we left and went elsewhere.

My facial was done so unprofessionally.yes the lady was super nice and welcoming but she had no idea what she was doing which was really disappointing.or she was just being lazy. After the facial I still had foundation on my cheeks and forehead and rubbed it off myself when the lady exited and I used a towel she left scrunched on the sink to wipe the remainder cream and foundation away. Never again.

Got my nose pierced last night. I love it. Rebecca was so lovely. Came in a few times before getting it pierced to ask all my questions. Every time I came in she was always happy to answer all my questions and concerns. Very happy

I have been seeing Bec for years now, and absolutely love her service. Quick, thorough, painless and always with a laugh. She is considerate of my short notice booking requests and does her best to work around my availability. Would 100% recommend.
