I have been seeing Sava for a few years now, and she is fabulous! I have a skin condition that doesn't make me feel the most confident but she is so kind and understanding. I love that she is quick as well (no one wants a long wax). I leave every appointment feeling like I'm on top of the world (which is rarely said after a Brazilian wax). Thanks Sava! Xo

I’ve been coming here for many years. The service is always exceptional. My favourite person is Sava. She always does my waxing. She’s brilliant at what she does. I won’t let anyone else near my eyebrows She’s also lovely, kind and compassionate human being. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My experience with essential beauty has been fantastic. Stacey looked after me both times and really made my life easier by fitting me in last minute.

I've had several piercings and it's been such a pleasure dealing with her. There is also another lovely lady that works there that took the time to look after me on my last visit. My spray tan was done professionally and hassle free. I love it.

Went in to Northland after going to another location the day before. At another salon i had my ear piercing jewellery changed only to wake up to it not being on my ear. Googled and Northland was the only local store open on a sunday.
Went in met with friendly staff who gave me news that it was infected. Was given 2 options and put in a ring and let it heal. The staff were lovely and very caring given the issue occurred at another salon. From now on this will be my go to salon.

Best waxing I’ve had, all the ladies are lovely as well. Sava is super quick and does an amazing wax!

Great set up and staff but the tanning product was worse than the so yourself ones. After rinsing off it wasn’t even only lasted 2 days compared to other tanning salons

I am thrilled with the service Tabath gave me. My eyebrows look natural and neat. I was a bit nervous as I've been trying to thicken them up for 2yrs but she reassured me what she was doing and I'm very happy. Thankyou Tabatha for your care

Got four piercings here. Tabitha was amazing, took time to ensure the spacing was correct and didn't rush me and made sure I was happy and comfortable. Excellent job on the piercings too, I am super happy! Definitely recommend Tabitha!
