My daughter had her nose pierced and although the girl was very efficient, her customer service was very disappointing, no warmth almost rude. I hope she was just having a bad day bc I got the feeling she was a good little therapist. I only write this review to encourage her own personal development in this area as you could miss out on great opportunities in life. You never know who may come into you business.

I’ve had dozens of eyebrow waxes before. Nearly hundreds.
I’ve never had wax applied so HOT before.
I can’t believe how she managed to blow up half my forehead from a clean up. The burns are wild.

Had a very bad experience and was very un-professional. Got my lip and nose done, the woman wasnt wearing any gloves and didnt wash her hands before. They had a freakin tiny selection of piercings so i couldnt get the ones i wanted, and they didnt even have a swelling bar big enough for my lip, even though all they do there is piercings anyway? So had to go buy another bigger one else where. They didnt have any sterilized nose rings so she grabbed one out of the display case and used that which of course got infected.annnnd 20 mins after, the ball fell off my lip stud so i had to go back and ask them to put another one on properly this time. And the balls on my brows fell off the day after as well. Very un-professional, do not go here. So many better places around to go to instead.

I had a great experience with Chloe today! I tried microdermabrasion for the first time and I couldn’t be happier! Chloe made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I can’t wait to see the results and can’t wait for my next session!

Amazing service! I've been coming here for years all the girls are so lovely and do a wonderful job every time! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my waxing!

The girl at the front desk with the nose piercings. Rudest thing I’ve ever seen. Worst customer service on the phone then followed by worse in person. So many bad reviews on this girl and still no action taken. Don’t go here

Absolutely amazing experience here! The staff are all so friendly and so well trained. I’d had a bad experience elsewhere and was a little nervous but the girls made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment I entered the salon. Rooms were clean, tidy and very professional, as was the service! I’ll be recommending you guys that’s for sure! Thank you Essential Beauty Frankston team!

I had a very prickly upper lip it could of been okay if I was male but I'm a female. After 6 sessions I'm pretty much hairless now. Michelle rocks

Fantastic experience here. I had my tragus done yesterday the ladies made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. They explained everything and went through after care thoroughly. They will even help me out when it is healed to changeover my jewellery. By far my best piercing experience!

I got my belly pierced here and they pierced it to high and therefore the ball kept falling out and then the whole bar fell out. I payed good money for this and it was a birthday present. The staff were rude and felt like they were rushing. I wanted to get this done for ages but i feel like it was a mistake. I than went to the essential beauty in Bentons and they helped me a lot and they said that if it happens again i will have to get it re- pierced which i find ridiculous as i payed $76 for something that hasn't even been done properly and i really don't want to get it pierced again because I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO! Don't go here because they don't know what they are doing.

Had a Spray Tan done for a wedding I was attending. The girl missed the entire back of both my arms and wrists. Armpits and underarm areas were sprayed heavily and thick, so I ended up having black patchy armpits and white arms!? Ended up having to scrub my skin until they rashed to get the dark patches off, and had to re-tan my arms myself at home. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible. Took my daughter here for her first time getting eyebrows waxed, staff were very rude and room was very dirty. After I had got mine done I watched them do my daughters and they used the same wooden spatula the whole time, double dipping at least 6 times. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Got my rook done, the girl who did it was very rough. It’s also the only piercing I’ve had that won’t heal and I can’t get it out because it’s been put on too tight.

I highly recommend Essential Beauty Frankston. The staff are professional, the store is a great location and I have always been happy with all the services I have received.

Took my 2 teenaged girls to have their ears pierced this morning, and was greeted by very helpful, friendly, and beautiful staff. Both of my girls are soo happy. Brilliant products and excellent prices. Highly recommended. Thank you

Had my ears pierced here (I think) and it wasn't too bad however I went today, looking for a nose ring for work. No one acknowledged me, no one said hi, no one tried to help me so after a few minutes well maybe 10 I just walked out. I would've gone to that piercing place, the big orange building on the corner but they were closed. Oh well. No biggie, the piercings weren't that nice anyway, not too much of a variety
