Essential Beauty Frankston

My daughter had her ears pierced here and they did such a phenomenal job, she is so happy with them. The girl who did them explained the whole process to her in such detail that she was able to understand and she felt so comfortable going forward with it.
The detailed aftercare information was great as well so she would know how to keep them clean. They have been healing perfectly.

I am extremely disappointed, I got my nose pierced on 23rd July and bought a spray with it at Frankston Essential Beauty straight after I had gotton pierced, it is now 15th December and it is still not healed and I wondered why and had nearly finished the spray bottle, I have discovered that they had sold me a spray that says “do not use for piercings of the nose”, I had been sold this seconds after getting my nose pierced, extremely disappointed and angry by this

Went in for third earlobe piercings on Monday and she completely botched it. She also did not use clamps and just jammed the needles in my ears. The left earlobe was at such a bad angle that if you look at the back it was like nearly at a right angle from my seconds! No aftercare instructions or spray afterwards either. I don’t recommend this place at all. Go to pro piercer shop, these staff do not seem to take pride in their work.

I’ve been in here a few times and as someone who works in the industry it’s honestly disgusting the customer service is so low the girls there look and sound like they hate there jobs and definitely are not passionate about coming to work there is no professionalism in this place what so ever the girls are really rude and don’t make u feel welcomed at all if you want beauty service go else where same with piercings

Brooke is rude as and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I will not be ever coming back to Frankston. Brooke was stating that she could see who I had been booked with previously and I’m sure she could see what I was charged as well. I think it needs to be clarified as bottom of legs and tshirt arms is not a full body tan. Brooke is the only one and I have had it done numerous times charged for a full body and to be so rude about it I thought I was talking to a toddler. I do this for a bit of relaxation for myself thanks Brooke for turning it into an awful experience.

Eye lash tint and lash lift. Extremely disappointed, for $120. What a waste of money. To be told after the tinting, that it doesn’t work as well after a lift. Why bother then, and not be told this.looks like I’ve had nothing done. Same as Brow tint. Overpriced and terrible job.

I have done piercings at Essential Beauty Frankston. I have found the staff rude and I had bad experience. I felt as if my piercer was chopping off my ears, she had pierced my ear with so much force as if I was a dummy which she is experimenting on. My ear was bleeding? And I was in so much pain. Where as, I had good experience while at SkinKendy for piercing, the staff was very respectful and gentle. I won’t recommended Essential Beauty Frankston to anyone and I hope nobody goes through what I have gone through.

I was so disappointed with my service today. At $120 for a lash lift and tint, you would expect amazing results (this is the same price as one of the most well known brow/lash salons in Australia). Sadly, my lashes still had blonde tips and the lift was barely noticable. After walking out dissatisfied but too nervous to say anything, I worked up the courage to go back and ask if that was how it was "supposed to look" and I was waved off and told that the "tint never works as well after the lift solution is applied". In that case, I wouldn't have bothered. A refund would be nice but I'm not holding my breath.

I’ve walked into essential beauty and asked how much a piercing was and the younger girl that was there was very helpful but the older lady was giving me the rudest look and saying they can’t give out the prices and laughed when we walked out.she was extremely disrespectful and made me feel so uncomfortable being in this store.

Absolutely fantastic, I had my nose pierced with Laura, amazing customer service and not that painful at all done so quickly and so clean and professional highly highly recommend will be coming again!

Thanks for the reviews! I was going to make an appointment to book in to get my ears pierced but I certainly wont be going here now! What is with customer service these days! You would think they would do there best to get customers back in the door!

Ive been into essential beauty at frankston a few times now to buy jewellery and seek advice and just wanted to say that your staff member brooke is amazing! Shes always so helpful and knowledgeable with every query i have and always able to go above and beyond to help me.today i asked about a few services you offer and she took the time to explain and answer any questions i had even while juggling answering phones.i cant wait to book in to see her for some treatments and piercings asap!
