Essential Beauty Fountain Gate

I got pierced here the other week and as soon as I walked in Joe was there with a smile and made the dynamic very comfortable. I was very nervous about my piercing but my piercer Amie was excellent and very friendly. She was quick, reassuring and took great care. I definitely would recommend, and will be coming back there again. Joe was a very kind, caring and compassionate person. Thank you guys:)

They were fully boooked up for 2 weeks to do a waxing. They suggested Ella Bachelor who did Brazilian not 100% to my liking keep asking me to hold this section of fat especially when you have a person my size was told to me. Complained to Ella Bache next time going back to Essential Beauty Knox City would have found me a spot as I was going to Qld in 5 days.

Everyone there is amazing. They always take care of their customers and do everything to make you feel comfortable. They do such a great job (piercings and waxing etc) and are very friendly, love going there. Absolutely recommend!

I've gotten most of my piercings from this Essential Beauty. I lost the ball of my tragus piercing and the gentleman was very accommodating in helping me choose a replacement ball and getting it fitted straight away. I know that I would have fumbled around and dropped that ball.

I booked in a waxing for the first time with Mary at fountain gate. She was lovely and explained each step and the reasons why as she went along. I felt very comfortable and confident in the aftercare of my skin and will definitely be going back to Mary when i need to.

Went in today and got served by Joe. The customer service and knowledge is outstanding! I regularly get my waxing done here and the girls are brilliant!

I got multiple piercings today at Essential Beauty Fountain Gate and it was such a great experience. So clean and professional. Greeted at the desk by Joe with a smile. Great advice about placement of my piercings, quick and relatively painless. Great range of earrings as well. Can’t beat the price either. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly Friendly, the store was so busy but they were really quick taking care of everyone. I had my one year old daughters ear lobes pierced today and they were so good with her even gave her a teddy bear. I would highly recommend them to get piercings especially children.

Took my daughter in for some peircings today for her birthday. Cannot reccomend Joe amd his team more. They fussed over my birthday girl and made her day even more special!

Got a piercing done here and it was amazing, no troubles at all and had the best service, would highly recommend!

Came in Tuesday and got a piercing fixed as another place had done the wrong jewellery and they were so delightful I spoke with joe and Mary who helped me so much and even called Saturday to see how I was going best place will never go anywhere else again!

Always great service at fountain gate when I go there and today was no exception. The young girl who did my eye brows was really good and payed so much attention to getting them right. Very happy with my brows today.
