Just got my daughter's helix & tragus pierced. Amazing girls work there, very professional, caring & friendly. Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment here the night before, I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately greeted by some very kind staff who were able to sort me out straight away. The piercing was very quick and painless and they were able to answer all my questions seeing as it was my first one. I'll be coming back for more in the future. Every time I go and get another piercing, everyone is always so welcoming and kind, any concerns I’ve had have been dealt with. Recently one of my studs had come loose and fell out when I didn’t notice, I went into the store just expecting to purchase another one and do it up my self. Instead they were understanding and accommodating, they ended up fixing up my stud for me and tightened all my other piercings, to ensure nothing else would fall out. I cannot think of getting my piercings done anywhere else.

I recently went and had my daith pierced. After a long discussion with the owner he made me feel super comfortable about what to expect. I am a long time migraine sufferer and he highly recommended the daith to be pierced! About 6 weeks after I had it pierced the ball popped off and they replaced it for me no questions asked. I also haven’t had a migraine since! Highly recommend essential beauty x

Super nice guy at the front desk, he made me and my friends feel welcome.the piercer was alright, i’d just like it if i got some sort of warning before a needle is stuck through my ear, since i wasn’t really prepared otherwise a pretty pleasant experience
