After attending Cranbourne store where they wouldn’t help me with after care on my recent piercing I had done at their store I rang narre and asked if they could put a ball back on my daith piercing which had come off after being told by Cranbourne they couldn’t and wouldn’t even though they had already done it once for me these guys went above and beyond to help me I will definitely go back for anything to these guys rather than Cranbourne store. The service was above and beyond I highly recommended narre store.

I went here to get my ears re-pierced after they closed over during lockdown. Honestly the loveliest team of people ever, highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely shop the staff are amazing go out of there way to help. There is a girl Amy that works there she is great every time I get my waxing done she has me in fits of laughter and there is days there I need it.

The ladies at the Fountain Gate store are rude and have little or no customer service ethics. Would not recommend going there, so disappointed.

I got my belly pierced here a few weeks ago. The piercer made me feel very comfortable and safe. Everything was very clean and the jewellery is gorgeous. Definitely the top of my list for my next piercing.
