Took my 9yo daughter here for her first ear piercing. Rhiannon was lovely and made sure my daughter was comfortable and that we were all happy with where they would be.

We came into your salon to get my daughters ears pierced and I'm extremely happy with the experience!
Our therapist Rhiannon was amazing, she was so kind, fun and bubbly.
She made us feel at ease, took her time and made sure everything was absolutely perfect.
Even tho it was just my daughter getting pierced she included my other children too which made it fun for them aswell.
Rhiannon is fabulous with children, my children loved her fun personality, will definitely be recommending her to my friends.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my daughters first ear piercing experience. How excited she was to get this done. She’s been asking for months. I booked online because it states on the website, the child will get a cuddle teddy bear to comfort them, a certificate of bravery and earrings included in the price. My daughter did not get a teddy bear or a certificate and worst of all, the person piercing her ears missed and my 3 year old has ended up with 2 holes in 1 ear. Absolutely poor. There was no sorry. There was no explanation and yet I still had to pay the full amount for something my daughter will live with forever. I’ve told everyone I know and will never be back to this store again. I will be going back next week to demand my daughter get her bear and most importantly her bravery certificate for getting 3 holes instead of 2!

I have now come to Essential Beauty twice for several body piercings and each time Christina has done an absolutely amazing job! She is extremely patient with my queries and takes her time with me even during busy hours. Christina really looks after me each time, so I can't recommend her enough!

Do not get your ears pierced here.the earrings used are too small to allow for inflammation and healing and have resulted in large infections in my ears. Professional piercing places use larger bars to allow for healing.

Rhiannon is so bubbly, fun and lovely to talk too. She got me waxed and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend her. I’m definitely coming again

Brought my sister here to get her second lobe piercings done. The lady who did it did not wipe/spray or clean her ears before piercing. She did not use gloves, nor did she even sanitise her hands beforehand. In one ear she pierced them much closer to her first piercing. I had a feeling she expected my sister to tell her they were too close to each other, but it was hard for her to gauge whether they were symmetrical in the mirror. I wasn't allowed in the room so she couldn't get my opinion on how close they were either. I would have expected the professional piercer to spend time ensuring they were symmetrical since she had a better view of it. Although this place offers slightly cheaper piercings, I would recommend paying more to go to a professional place that can ensure proper care and handling when doing piercings.

So nice and bubbly, made me feel very comfortable straight away and is very knowledgeable.will definitely be returning for my next piercing and recommended my friends and family yo your salon! It was my first time getting a piercing and it was the best customer service ever. The girl who attended me was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Besides that, everything was spotless and hygienic.

I've been in this Essential Beauty a couple of times already to get my ears pierced and the staff and the piercer lady have been simply amazing both times! I didn't get any problem, any infection and they were really nice and understanding. I wanted to change my earring after a while and they got good prices and beautiful things. I'll come back with my friends!

Pretty poor. Technician was nice but seemed uninterested, left wax all over me and missed patches of hair everywhere. Felt like she was scraping me everytime she applied the wax and when she pulled it off it felt about as effective as packet wax strips. Very little attention to detail. Felt like a trainee wax for 85 bucks. Worst wax I've had for a while. I have had good service there before and the Greensborough store is phenomenal so was pretty annoyed.

Came here for a navel piercing. Girls were always welcoming and friendly, so initially I was very happy with the service I received. Little did I know then.

Piercing started to sink into my skin (creating a raw, crater like wound underneath the top ball) and never ended up healing because of terrible placement by the piercer (pierced too deep, at a bad angle). Came back for advice, got told the piercing was infected (confirmed by a GP and another piercer that it was a clean wound, no infection) and that a longer bar was needed in order to accommodate healing (i had the longest possible bar in already). Ended up having to take my piercing out, letting it heal and getting it re-pierced properly somewhere else.

I would recommend this place if you want to get earlobe piercings done for your kids at a decent price just because of how nice the girls were, but any other piercing, strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
