Got my nose pierced 2 days ago and it came out in less than 24 hours. Even though I love the way they took care of me the day i got piercing. I have been trying to call and get in touch and have not received any response whatsoever. I really want to get this fixed and re-pierced. Great experience turned grey in less than 24 hours.

I haven’t had any piercings since I was a kid and I was nervous walking in to get two done in one session. I gotta say Rhiannon who did them was just wonderful. She took me through each step. Explained the process and made me feel comfortable. Any fears or nerves I had were taken seriously and ensured I was taken care of. I really appreciate an approach that respects and prioritises comfort. And both the staff working made me and my bestie feel amazing after. 100%, 10/10 would go again in a heart beat even just to hang out with her honestly.

Worst experience ever, Christine a so-called piercer could not change my daughter's nose piercing and gave her the instrument to do it herself. So dam unprofessional. I also received the worst Brazilian wax possible, the waxer was very rough and burnt me as the wax was too hot. NEVER GO THERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I visited your salon on Tuesday and had the pleasure of having the beautiful Rhiannon as my therapist.
Even tho she was working solo due to being short staffed she took the time to really look after me and made me feel really comfortable throughout my treatment.
I was absolutely appalled at the way she was spoken to mid treatment from an impatient customer even tho Rhiannon had given her the next appointment time and explained she was short staffed.
Rhiannon was very professional and continued my treatment with a smile on her face (which was the best Brazilian wax I've ever had may I add)
I will definitely be returning to your salon, thankyou so much for the amazing service, keep up the great work

Waited for 45 minutes and no one was up the front. Could hear laughter and talking from one of the rooms. Rang bell and waited 15 more minutes. Rang bell again, woman pops head out says "I don't have any appointments now. Doesn't say when next appointment is till I ask soooo the next one is? She says 12 pretty upset with the lack of service

Very very poor customer service. Had an appointment to get my 18month olds ears pierced, reached 3 minutes late and was told that they have already taken the next client in and that the other staff member has gone for her break. I was asked to wait for 45 minutes with a crying baby and after asking again if there was anything they could do and the fact that I was only 3 minutes late the answer was a blunt NO! Zero compassion and going by the other reviews I’m glad in a way that we didn’t didn’t make it.

Christina is amazing with waxing, especially Brazilian. Ladies I highly recommend going to her. She is very experienced in those sensitive areas and even when it comes to your face. You won't feel the pain, she listens and is patient with you. Highly recommend her!

There is no point in booking at this place, they obviously don’t take their bookings seriously I had to wait half an hour and there was no apology!
