Very bad customer service!
Went there with my daughter and the lady in the reception was not nice and not helpful.
She don’t care if you book an appointment or not, maybe her salary is fixed and not on commission. Unfriendly and rude!

Horrible spray tan! I wish I took the name of the old woman who did it. Massive dark stains all over my palms, hands and feet were terribly done and the whole thing was so dark it was bordering on offensive. And it was a medium. Won’t be going back!

Had the best piercer ever, I think her name was Rhiannon and she was absolutely lovely she kept me calm and made me feel very comfortable.

Rhiannon is a great therapist, service is amazing, online booking is easy and quick and prices are reasonable.

Appointment was almost half
an hour late because of overbooking the two technicians working that day.my technician kept leaving the room to have to answer the phone or perform piercings as thought people wanting walk-in piercings were a higher priority than any clients who had already booked.this is my second bad experience at the doncaster essential beauty and i will not be coming back.far too expensive for a mediocre at best treatment.
