Went in there today to for a small part and advice and the technician that served us could not have been more helpful. I see some posting reviews about advice on servicing the coffee machine but to be fair to this company how on earth does anyone know what is wrong until they pull it to bits. How long is a piece of string.

Had our Sunbeam coffee machine repaired. It needed a new fuse, which I ordered in myself and provided to them. The repair took several weeks. Unfortunately they replaced the group head seal at the same time and the machine started leaking within weeks of return. I had previously replaced the seal myself not too long ago, so this created a new problem. Will not be back.

Very helpful in assessing my old coffee machine which seems to be unrepairable and suggesting replacements etc. No pressure at all, just good information.

10 Star service! I dropped my machine off for the 'express' service and it was ready the same day! I had prepared myself for the possible 2 - 3 day turnaround that was quoted but to have it back the same day! I'm not even going to miss 1 morning coffee! Absolutely thrilled! Absolutely fantastic service here! I turned up with a Expobar coffee machine. They did diagnosed the repaired in under a week. Really great stuff!

Don't bother taking your Philips steam station there - the technicians don't like working on them. Got talked out of having iron fixed and bought another but not a Philips this time. Very poor service.
