I've sent my breville machine in twice now. Both times it took months to be 'fixed' and was returned broken. The issue it was sent in with wasn't fixed and was clearly not checked before sending it back to me. Wouldn't you think they'd try to make a coffee before sending it back? Don't waste your time.

Machine repair: If I could give less than one star, I would. Dodgy and overpriced. Make sure you put everything in writing. Enough said?

What an absolute joke. Still have not had my coffee machine in working order for months because these guys don't know how to make sure that a machine is working before they send it back to you? First time it took 3 months and the coffee machine came back with a new issue and couldn't even make a single coffee. Who would have guessed, send it back and the same problem isn't even fixed! Don't get a Breville machine because they break too often and then you need to go through Espresso Fix.

Espresso Fix serviced and repaired my Breville Infuser coffee machine. It came back 2 days ago and it appears to be working well now. Thanks! I got a good impression the Espresso Fix team. The only negative point is that it took 7 weeks which seems too long for a minor issue.

They took precisely as long to fix my machine as they told they would. It’s working fine. Probably a little more expensive to fix than I expected but very glad to get my coffee machine back and working well. Thank you guys

My Breville Coffee machine was leaking water and they fixed within timeframe and pricing was very reasonable. Got it back just in time for next lock down

Every person involved in the chain of repair to my coffee machine was brilliant. At the counter, on arrival, l was looked after with a smile and a friendly attitude. Their company policy was explained regarding the procedure of events that would take place to achieve a positive result.
After a waiting time given there were other machines in line prior to mine, l received a call to indicate cost of repair and completion date. End result, machine repaired and works perfectly. Good job guys

My small home grinder became clogged and stopped functioning. Service centres often won't bother with domestic machines but Espresso Fix cleaned and serviced mine at reasonable cost, without hesitation. Fresh morning coffee is back - brilliant!

While they took a little time to assess the problem with my coffee machine (they were obviously pretty busy), it was fixed the next day and is working well again.much to my delight!

Two weeks before lockdown my coffee machine began to short, the time frame for repair was 4-6wks. The repair was completed 10 days later and the service person contacted myself to give me a full run down on what was the issue and how they fixed it. The machine has been running like a brand new machine ever since. Extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and customer service.

I brought my Breville machine in for a warranty repair.
The team told me upfront how long it may take to repair and assisted me with the warranty claim process over the phone.
Once I had my machine repaired earlier than expected the team explain the issue and steps that I could take to avoid it in the future.

Espresso fix were quite informative and up front about expected delays due to COVID 19. My delayed repair of Breville Coffee Machine was due to poor information flow between the vendor (Harvey Norman), Breville and Espresso Fix. Firstly Harvey Norman told me that I need to deal with Breville directly. Breville told me that I need then to deal with Espresso Fix and gave me a ref no. There was no offer for any of these to have my machine picked up for repair as I was fully covered by warranty. After a very long delay, we again went to Harvey Norman and repeated our initial request of just swapping over for a functioning machine whilst Harvey Norman sorted out the replacement between Breville and Espresso Fix. This time we spoke to a different person at Harvey Norman who was horrified that someone previously had sent us away and that we as the customer were not looked after and had to wait for so long. Anyway after a fairly lengthy period we now have our machine back and working The breakdown in communication was largely between Harvey Norman and Breville with Espresso Fix just getting caught up in the confusion

The customer service is second to none. My coffee machine was fixed at a reasonable price. Lots of updates regarding progress of the service for my machine. One stop shop for coffee lovers - great coffee beans!
