So grateful for the service I received today from Espresso Fix.
I had the milk temp sensor fail on my Breville Bambino, (which we dont even use) & this error causes the machine to be useless!
Breville sent me to Espresso Fix.
With a toddler and a baby that is about to start walking, sleep is something I am definitely missing, so it when my coffee machine stopped working, you can imagine, I was quite distraught!
I dropped my machine off at 11am yesterday and received a text message that it was repaired by 9am this morning. In under 24 hours, my machine was back in my hot little hands! THANK YOU!

I was first a bit upset tbh as it took awhile (a few weeks) for my grinder to be looked at having left it with them. Needed a follow up email. It could just be a backlog issue - don’t know what’s normal, but perhaps needed better compression.

But once that was cleared the communication was excellent. As important, solution found with only service charged; none of that nonsense you get when you put in your car for servicing.

Finally pick up experience excellent which included me taking it back to help fine tune my setting (I had inadvertently used old dry beans which seemed to affect it). Manager was very helpful, patient and obviously knows his stuff.

Thanks and will certainly return on maintenance and service work. And highly recommend to others for an honest, down to earth and caring workshop.

The Espresso Fix team fixed and serviced my 4ish year old Breville Barista Express. The solenoid failed and they diagnosed and sorted the problem before returning the machine looking and working as good as new. Friendly, informative and all sorted quickly. I was recommended Espresso Fix by a neighbour and I can see why. I would 100% use them again.

Espresso Fix repaired my Breville Oracle Touch. Interestingly, some time ago I had another Breville that developed the exact same symptoms. I took it to another Breville accredited repairer who eventually told me it could not be repaired - that looks to be a costly mistake on my part. So, Espresso Fix did exactly what they said they would, on time, with good communication, and at a reasonable cost. They even gave me some free beans on pickup. I dont know what more I could ask from a coffee-machine repair shop.

Took my coffee machine in as I was having a few issues with it and had it serviced at the same time. The guys here took the time to walk me through the ideal setup for my machine in store and now its good as new again!

Rude condescending staff. They had my coffee machine for months for a basic warranty repair. When I called asking about it I was told "you have the tracking number it's your problem" even though the tracking number said it was waiting to be picked up from the store.

It took StarTrack investigating (which I had to sort out) and tell them they never received it for them to actually look for it.

When I picked it up in person (I told them not to attempt to post it again) I was greeted with something not to dissimilar from "what a hassle"

We bought our beautiful Italian espresso machine and grinder here 5 years ago and 4000 coffees later we had it serviced, it’s working like new again. It was a very tough week coping without my machine while it was getting serviced, so glad to have it back. Thanks Guys!

First time user of Espresso Fix, and very happy with repairs to our Breville machine. We were made aware of the problem (grinder) immediately but were informed that the replacement part was not in stock and there could be a wait for it to come in. Since we have had our machine back my wife tells me it's working better than it did when brand new. We have no problem in recommending them.
PS Picked up a bag of coffee while picking up machine and it's great, will definitely be getting coffee from here.

I live in a semi rural community where we have no repairer for espresso machines. I have had my machine for 6 years and never had a problem, then BAM no longer working.rang all the local companies here and no one would touch my machine. The I jumped online found this company and rang them, sent my machine to them, had a quote given, fixed and back to myself within 9 days. I have my beloved machine back in like new condition. On my initial call to the company, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the lady who answered the phone, she was not only friendly but was full of knowledge since I asked numerous questions. Upon them receiving my machine I was kept up to date all the way. I could ask for nothing else from this company.
