Omg our new favourite Greek restaurant, the staff were great and very accommodating with our large booking, food was delicious, entertainment, fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our daughters 21st here, we will definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was a generous serve with most of us unable to finish our main meals. It was delicious and I can't wait to come back

I just found the best greek restaurant in Melbourne!

I feel like I’m in Greece, and everyone is so friendly here. The food is very delicious too; it tastes exactly how you want a good Greek food to taste. Definitely coming back again soon!

A date night hit. We were seated by the balcony, with a view of the Yarra River and Flinders Street station. Definitely one of the best Southbank restaurants to dine at! We absolutely loved it here and we will definitely come back again.

The food was ok but only just warm, took forever to get served and just as long to get the food. The order was wrong and didn't bring the ordered whitebait but as we waited so long we just ate. When paying the bill they didn't care the order was wrong just that we pay the full price not even offered a coffee. Well over priced for what we got, wont be going back and certainly wont recommend.

Tastes exactly like a Greek one. Dishes name typical Greek style and description helps us what the dish is about. We had been here for a farewell. All liked the way food tasted. We tried many of the dishes and all tasted pretty good. We were completely satisfied. We took sometime to search restaurant in the mall. Must try dish is chicken or mutton gyros dine and obviously pita and dips.

Really friendly staff and the food was delicious. We have picky kids and they even ended up eating the nice gyro meat. The food pricing was acceptable. For 2 adults and 2 kids ended up spending 102 dollars

I love this Greek place! The wait staff were really friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We got a table right away and it's just such an awesome date spot for all sorts of people:)

You can smell the smoke and grill of the meat as soon as you walk in! A must visit restaurant in the Southbank area. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. Highly recommended for any occasion or just a casual meal with friends.

Food was fine, the mixed savlaki meat was a little on the oily and dried side but ok.
Service was good also, will go back

This was a new find on a whim. And what a find! With a beautiful view of the Yarra river and Flinders Station building.
But most importantly, its honest beautiful greek food. There is quite a bit to choose and being our first visit, we wanted to try out everything. So a giro platter it was. We tried the lamb and chicken giro plates. Substantial amount of food, tender flavourful meat served with a generous helping of salad, which is much needed to provide that fresh balance. And so many fries.
Some small touches that were so thoughtful. Like not crumbling the goat cheese through the salad but giving it as one solid piece, so you could choose how much you want in your salad.
A visit to Yassas reminds you of the Greek people and culture, warm, happy and friendly.

The entire restaurant’s atmosphere was a pleasant and fun place to be. We loved the interior. Such a wonderful place to enjoy some great greek food with the family.

One of the best gyros restaurants in Melbourne. I'm so glad my friend recommended it to me! The staff were very nice and attentive, the service was quick too. An excellent dining venue!

The food is really good and it's busy which is a good sign. We didn't make a booking and I highly recommend to make one when you'd like to come. However, they are very under staffed. As we didn't had a booking we were standing very long (+/-20 minutes) in line. The entire time the line hasn't moved. I expected a staff member to explain why there were so many empty seats or at least take our name and number to place us on a waiting list and give us a call when the table is ready. Nothing like this happened which I find really bad service. At the end I had to ask them myself and turned out they will not take any walk ins. Bit waste of time that could have been avoided if the staff paid attention to the queue

Completely delicious. Fantastic menu, catering for all dietary needs - with a relaxed ambience and pleasant outlook over the Yarra.

Messed up our booking and waited 30 minutes. Would normally be fine with it.however, a word of advice for the lady (who clearly is an owner of the place) don’t bully your customers, especially those who have done nothing wrong. You messed up. Don’t shout at your customers and try to blame them for your mess up.

Unfortunately quite dissapointing especially for the price.

I have had a lot of Saganaki at another of different Restaurants and this was the by far the most dissapointing. $16 per piece is okay however this one seemed like cheap quality and a little like rubber texture. Definitely not worth it!

The platter for 2 is like a platter for 1 and the meat seemed of poor quality aswell.

Service was great however I would not eat here again.

Honestly, if I can give 0 star for this restaurant, I definitely would! Today is our company one year anniversary, we booked this restaurant because our manager is from Greece, she got home sick, so we wanted to try Greek food, had been looking forward to it! I was so disappointed, worst customer service ever! Unfriendly staff even took our unfinished plates, wth with that? The food, OMG,! Worst Greek food I’ve ever had, for sure! If I have to give one star, I give the live music then! That’s all, we couldn’t finish our food, disgusting!

Just visited the new site at Forrest Hill chase, very impressed with the quality and quantity of food

We were in a hurry to get to the theatre and they were excellent, fast, efficient, understanding with excellent customer service
