Emporio Pizza and Pasta reviews
691st time back in 3 yrs, some of the same friendly staff, brilliant meal cooked perfect, and at gr8 prices, we will return- thankyou
My wife and I ate here tonight. Honestly the steak was horrible. Dry as could be. On the other hand the pasta wasn't bad but nothing special by any means. Probably won't ever eat here again unfortunately.
Great service, all the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and helpful. Portions are really large, we could not finish the food. Drink service is really fast. Did not wait long. Brought 5 people with me and everyone was satisfied. Definitely recommend, would come again.
Food was bland and overly salty no real proper taste, service was fast but waiter was rude to my girlfriend when we walked in said “no please take your time” when trying to get past, beer was flat and food was over priced for the actual worth.
Pathetic customer service, waited 30 minutes for our drinks and when queried was told we would be cut off, once they realised they were wrong, Karen brings out the wrong drinks and refuses to say a word. Will never return
The food was tasty and was served within reasonable time. The restaurant needs to review its processes around staff allocation. As there was no dedicated staff allocation it was a real disturbance when every now and then a staff member would appear asking whether we had ordered. A simple table numbering system will help
Visited the restaurant on the 5/4/21, the herb foccacia and panna cotta was tasty however the main course was extremely disappointing. The medium rare sirloin steak was very tough, the mushroom sauce lacked any flavour and was extremely runny. Overall unpleasant to eat. Also ordered the spaghetti bolognese, I asked if there was a gluten free option and the waitress said yes. They brought over the gluten free option of pasta which was a penne pasta but it was overcooked, gummy and clumpy and the bolognese sauce was average. The dish was inedible and the waitress that took away my plate even thought I was leaving all that pasta so I had space for dessert but I didn't have the heart to tell her that reality was I physically couldn't eat it. I understand that cooking gluten free pasta may not be their speciality but if you can't cook it well, please don't offer it to guests. As the menu is already limited, the items should all be perfected. I only leave this feedback in hopes that the food be seriously reviewed.
Great customer service, all the staff were polite and helpful. The food was wonderful, hot, cooked well and quick even though they were busy. Everything was clean. I'd happily come back
Casual dining, friendly service and food prepared well.
Their specials are great for the occasional treat
Very polite staff in a welcoming and classy environment, incredibly delicious food.
Makes for a perfect experience in Crown.
Worst experience ever food took over an hour manager lied to us saying it was getting plated then another lovely waiter saw we were not happy and she went to check and it wasn't even been cooked yet two of our steaks which were meant to be medium came out extra well done managed to get a refund for one would never go again.
This restaurant has a lot of delicious meals on offer, stunning layout dining and great birthday offers.
Great service, delicious food and a cozy environment. I have missed this restaurant a lot these days!
We felt invisible as a table of 15 people at the other side of the restaurant to the kitchen! Took half an hour for them to take our initial orders when the restaurant was half-full, and then had forgotten three of the same dishes! Waitresses were seen dilly-dallying during this time as well. Poor customer service for a Sunday lunch!
Awesome so clean food exceptional and manager awesome worth travelling for this great meal and atmosphere and meals not pricey well done ill be back.
Valentine's Day Lunch, food great. Cheap deals worth getting. Great desserts. Staff friendly and efficient. Fantastic place to eat.
Located inside Crown Casino, it’s a great place if you want a semi formal dining experience. The place is spacious and they serve daily specials everyday and you don’t need to book if only one or two persons. Daily specials include beef steak with one glass of drinks you want. The price is very affordable for only 19.95$ you’ll get this! Taste is 5 star and overall experience is 5/5!
Some staff are friendly and attentive. Some are slow and not there. Decent food but the alcohol is still pricey.
Give the place a go
It is new, fun, ace food and ace service. Prices are a bit high but not at east Melbourne levels
See ya there
What I ordered: Salt and pepper calamari, steak with onion rings, pizza Firenze and frutti di mare. The food was average without being spectacular. The portion sizes were quite large but that makes up for the quality and taste of the food. The seafood pizza was drowned in dill mayonnaise which spoilt the taste of the seafood. The steak was rubbery and chewy plus the onion rings weren't fried long enough. The pizza Firenze was tasty but was just covered in an over bearing amount of prosciutto.
Customer service and convenience: High quality customer service, staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant has plenty of tables to sit and you don't have to wait long to get a table and get served.
Price: Expensive for the quality of food.
Overall: Average Italian food. For the price that I paid I wouldn't go back. 3/5.
