I had the most wonderful experience with the ladies at Embrace. From my first appointment to my last they were so friendly, and very open to offer their opinions. They were great with communicating, very quick and effective. And they were very flexible with what times i could come in and pick up my dress, they even let me come in on a day they weren't open. Can't recommend them enough!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Embrace Bridal Boutique. There was so much choice within the shop, it was hard to choose! The staff gave me plenty of options to see what I liked and what suited my body type. Not only did the staff go out of their way to ensure I got my dream dress, they settled me down when I was concerned about the quick turn around time to my wedding. (Anxious bride here!) The dress arrived on time and was even more beautiful than I remembered. The Boutique also recommended a seamstress to ensure that it was fitted to perfection! Huge thanks to Kristy, Sandra and the team. I was impressed by their professionalism, dedication and personal touch. I got my dream dress (truly beautiful!) and my dream wedding! HUGE THANKS!

I had a lovely experience here. Bev was very helpful and I found the most perfect wedding dress. All of the staff were amazing. After I had tried on my dress, they kept mine aside for me so that I could go and think about it before I made the decision to purchase it. Would definitely recommend coming here to find your dress. They also had a wonderful range and a clearance section when I came.

Brilliant service and experience for my first ever bridal shopping experience! I was helped by Bev who provided an excellent level of customer service and made me feel so very comfortable and was great fun to deal with. As this was my first experience I had ideas of dresses I liked, Bev helped me find these in the store and prepare them in the changing room for me. She also ensured I tried on numerous styles to be able to cross them off my list so I wasn't left in doubt. She suggested styles for me to try that would flatter my body shape and she was spot on! I highly recommend Embrace and Bev to all soon-to-be brides! I would also love to mention how helpful and lovely the shop owner was during our visit:)

Visited today with my sister, as a size 18 there was absolutely nothing that would come close to being able to fit her. Poor.

Lovely experience, with staff being attentive and welcoming. Found the perfect plus size dress and even got a discount as it was EOFY sales. I visited the store on a Tuesday afternoon and it was a wonderful experience.recommend taking time out during the week to avoid the weekend rush!

I first came to embrace for a bridal dress fitting and was helped by Emma, who was very lovely. She also advised us about veils. I bought my dress elsewhere but came back to look at veils. Unfortunately I was served by Tracey. When she came around with us, I sensed a poor attitude, but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I then asked about the different style of veils (which Emma had told us about) and Tracey snapped “there is only one style”. When I pointed out the other style I was talking about, again she was blunt and said “that’s just the way it’s sewn”. I checked the tag and there were two types of styles written, those being 1/2 split and 1/2 CC. So I think there were two styles available! Such a disappointing experience after meeting the lovely Emma and I’ve gone very far out of my way to make sure I do not buy my veil there, as I do not want any upset around what is a very happy time in my life. Thank goodness I got my dress elsewhere!

After walking into Embrace, there was NO way I was walking into another stuffy, dated, stiff, snoopy bridal shop. Lucky I found my dream dress, among the other beautiful gowns there! There was a huge range of dresses for all prices and I spent less than I was expecting. But the staff were by my favourite part! The dread that I had previously felt went out the window when I met the warm, welcoming, personalable, Kristy & Sarah. Nothing was too hard. Thank you for making me feel like a bride! Xx

Absolutely amazing! They made my experience one to remember. Especially Bev, she was so helpfully, so caring and gave me her up most honest opinion. Bev even delivered my veil to my home to save me driving all the way to Geelong!

From my first appointment to when I collected my gorgeous Allure dress, these lovely ladies were amazing to deal with! I wasn't sure on the style I wanted so I tried on a few and ended up getting something totally unexpected! My dress arrived in about 6-7 months and I was able to take it home that day! I would recommend anyone to go here, beautiful range of dresses and lovely staff.
