I've photographed many brides who have gotten gowns from embrace. The quality, the variety of styles and customer service is fantastic! All my brides I have photographed have looked phenomenal!

Amazing team! I had let them know that I wasn't sure were to go after trying on a few dresses at another place so they asked question and offered opinions and some different styles. So helpful! I wasn't able to bring anyone with me so the team were so lovely, giving advice and asking me all the right questions.

Don't hesitate and book an appointment with the team. After arriving a bit flustered due to traffic and running late. Stacey immediately put my mind at ease, she was absolutely fabulous across the time I had in the shop where I was able to try on several different types of dresses. Kristy even jumped in to help pull some gowns which they thought might be flattering options. They really helped make the experience enjoyable as it was daunting for a number of reasons. I can't thank them enough for helping provide options for me to think about. With plenty of time ahead of our wedding I will definitely be looking to rebook to narrow it down.

Came here to try on some dresses and was shoved out the door within half an hour of my hour long appointment. I was only allowed to try on 5-6 gowns of which 3 had been picked out by the sales assistant and were outside my budget. After trying them on I mentioned my budget and she took them away and made me feel like I wasn’t worth her time. I tried to look at some other gowns I had seen online and was being pressured into leaving as they wanted to go home early it seemed. I am disappointed as there was some dresses I really wanted to try on but the customer service left me walking out upset and not able to try on what I wanted. I guess I’ll have to go to another bridal store to try them on now. Very disappointing experience.

The whole team were wonderful to deal with from initial appointment to dress collection. Marisa was so helpful when trying on dresses- she really helped me to decide what would make me feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Embrace Bridal Boutique. The boutique contained a large range of dresses from different designers, everything was well presented and the dressing room was secluded from the front of the store without being completely separate. Stacey went above and beyond during my appointment. She was very friendly and made my family members and I feel comfortable and included. I would highly recommend them!

I am in the midst of planning my wedding and I have visited Embrace Bridal Boutique and had such a great experience! Unfortunately I left my shopping too late and was not able to get the gown I wanted in time so I went with something similar from a different store however the overall experience with the team here was just so good I had to review them. Any bride looking for a beautiful gown with lovely service needs to give there team a visit. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and kind and will go above and beyond for you to find the right dress for you! 10/10 recommend!

A billion stars for Embrace Bridal Boutique. When I first looked around for gowns I went no further than Embrace Bridal. The customer service from the ladies was perfect from trying on gowns to ordering, designing and adding to my gown. Every visit I had was bliss. I was very much looked after by the staff. This made my experience in wedding planning so much easier, the knowledge the ladies had in gowns, designers and measurement was amazing. Wish I could do it all again! Vanessa x

Really disappointed, saddened and angry after the woman manhandled my 2 year old son. She then went on explaining to him that the mirror he was dancing in front of was not attached to the wall. Not sure as to why she thought it was acceptable to place her hands on my child, a simple explanation would have sufficed.

I had such a beautiful experience at this store! They were so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. When choosing my dress, they understood my preferences and helped accordingly, while also making sure I wasn’t being too narrow minded. They were never pushy, I never felt rushed or pressured. In fact, I think I visited 3 times before I actually made a firm decision, and they were so patient each time hahaha. Fantastic communication while waiting for the dress to arrive. I’m so thrilled with the whole process, wish I could do it again!

I recently got married on the 13th March and bought my wedding dress from Embrace Bridal Boutique in late 2020.

From my first appointment trying on dresses right up until I collected my dress, all of the staff at Embrace were a pleasure to work with. I tried on quite a few dresses at my first appointment and my assistant was so lovely, encouraging and supportive. I never felt rushed and I always felt comfortable and relaxed.

Kristy was always so friendly and genuine, and happy to offer advice and assistance when needed during our email correspondence also.

Recently purchased my dream dress from Embrace. Walked in and Bev was wonderful through the whole experience, I chose 4 dresses that I thought I liked and Bev chose 4 dresses that she wanted me to try. Two of the dresses that Bev chose were my front runners, despite being the polar opposite to the plain and simple style I thought I wanted. Cannot recommend them enough.

Went to my appointment yesterday and had a wonderful time! Sandra and the girls were very helpful and gave a lot of useful advice/suggestions, and no request was too much. Even with only a couple of months until the wedding I was given multiple options for ordering to make sure I had everything in time - and I ended up taking home my beautiful dress that day

I had a fantastic experience here! Emily was so personable, down to earth and fun. She made the process so easy and was honest about what worked and what didn't. She picked the first dress I tried on and it's the one I ended up purchasing. The next day they were even able to squeeze me in for the initial fitting! I picked my dress up right before lockdown was announced and the two women (I'm so sorry I can't remember your names!) were also wonderful and kind. If I could rate Embrace 10000 out of 5 I would!
