I cannot praise the staff at Embrace Bridal enough! The help I was shown and given during my dress purchase process was priceless.
My experience was a little different to many, as I purchased my dress during lock down due to Covid 19. So I never actually made it in store to try the dress on or even meet the staff. Also living over 3 hours away, was always going to make it just as difficult.
I contacted them direct with the details of the dress I knew I wanted and was kept up to date the whole way along.
The Facebook messenger and emails were fantastic.
Embrace Bridal went out of their way to find the specific dress, they organised the dress from the designer and then sent it on to me.
When my dress arrived it was everything I wanted and more.

Came here with my beautiful friend to help her look for her dream wedding dress on Saturday. After a stressful experience with the previous establishment we visited the lovely ladies at Embrace Bridal Boutique were a breath of fresh air. They went out of their way to help my friend feel relaxed (the chocolate bowl at the front counter was perfect!) and actually enjoy the experience of looking at all of their gorgeous dresses and trying them on. Seeing her beautiful smile come out as she enjoyed herself was a sight to behold so thank you very much!

Thankfully, I was able to visit the store before restrictions tightened again in Melbourne but I cannot speak highly enough of the store, the gowns and overall customer service. Sandra assisted from start to finish and was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and kind. Not once did I feel pressured to like a gown or make a decision! I did however find my dream dress which was just an added bonus!

The store was quite busy during my appointment however all other ladies who were assisting other brides were also lovely enough to suggest options or compliment a dress I had chosen to try on.

I look forward to my future appointments with the ladies of Embrace Bridal who I'm more than happy to have a part of my wedding planning!

Now for these restrictions to lift to I can go and try my dress on again x

Recently visited Embrace Bridal Boutique with a friend to find her Wedding dress. What a luxurious space! The team were amazing, made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They have a huge selection of gorgeous gowns and accessories.

Beautiful boutique, open set out when you walk in and a big selection of dresses to try on. Staff were so helpful and very welcoming. Natalie helped me find my dresses, she went above and beyond, she had such a beautiful, positive attitude, didn't put any pressure on me to buy a dress, she gave me alot of good tips and advice. I highly recommend to anyone looking for their wedding dress to visit this boutique ️

Just the thought of shopping for a wedding dress was causing me anxiety, I had no idea where to start. Then I visited the lovely ladies at Embrace Bridal. They had a very extensive range of dresses in all different styles and sizes for me to try on. The store itself is lovely and the fitting rooms are very spacious.
In one visit, all my anxieties disappeared, I found my dream dress and all the accessories to go with it (belt, veil and earrings).
I can’t thank Kristy and her team enough!

Friendly helpful staff. Display area is very well set out for looking through wide range of available dresses. Three large fitting rooms open into a well lit spacious viewing area with three large mirrors. Beautiful decor and great atmosphere complement the excitement of choosing a wedding dress.

Went with my friend for an appointment to try on dresses! Wow what a beautiful range makes me want to get married again. Very friendly staff and they knew which styles would suite best! Would defiantly recommend and definitely worth a visit!

Our initial appointment went very well. But when the dress arrived and didn’t fit there was no accountability taken just blame. My daughter had to take her dress elsewhere to be adjusted as all confidence and trust was gone. Very disappointing!

Beautiful store with lovely staff. Janette and Sarah were extremely helpful and patient, allowing me to try on so many dresses. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the Daalarna Couture trunk show, and the dresses were exquisite! The store is bright and spacious and I left with a bottle of Moët.
So happy with the experience so far and can't wait for the dress to arrive.
