Purchased Prolite USB rechargeable 1000 lumens light. Light comes with a 2200mah 18650 battery. Appears to be well constructed. I purchased this after quite bit of research as most of todays lights have inbuilt batteries and once they die, the light itself dies. This light enables you to purchase off the shelf extra batteries/and this also allows you to carry spares if you are on a long night ride. I ride 6 days a week anywhere between 1-1/2 hours a day and did not want to be charging up every day. A bit of conflict of length of high power. Elite states 4hrs on high, brochure states 3hrs. Time will tell. Another HUGE plus is the fact that according to Elite the light is guaranteed for 2YEARS. Purchased while on special, doubt that I would have purchased at RRP.

Attempted to contact multiple times about warranty, used their online form twice and received confirmation emails about them receiving the warranty request but then nothing after that. Tried calling their number and was told by the automated system to use the online forms, which I already have as mentioned earlier.

Everything correct. Fast shipping, no mistakes, in my opinion the price is not expensive.
I have to say i bought the product as a present so I didnt try.

Any time I think about purchasing a bushcraft knife, pocket knife, a saw or any other camping gear I try elite outdoors first. They have a wide range to choose from and have AfterPay available to help with the big purchases. I have purchased from elite a few times now and have never needed to contact them after a purchase for a wrong delivery or for any other reason. Once I ordered from elite and the supplier sent them a more expensive knife than the one I asked for. The guys from elite called me and asked if I'd like the more expensive knife for the same price I paid for the smaller version. Hell yeah! I said. Don't hesitate to buy from elite because they'll take care of you.

After Sales support- zero / nada/ nil.
I ordered a headlamp. Came quickly enough, but the case was cracked. Sent through a warranty claim/ return request but heard nothing even after multiple followups.tried calling number of times to speak to someone, but no one answers and the voice message tells you to lodge warranty claims online. Anyway i'll keep trying to get through. Next stop, compliant to fair trading. Buyers beware. Dont know how they rfate 4.7 stars
