I ordered a relatively inexpensive machete online, and soon enough received a confirmation message informing me they had received the order and provided me with an ETA. They informed me of a delay and provided another ETA. The machete arrived after further messages of the supply and delivery chain process. I am well pleased with the machete, and it appears reasonable value for the money. Recommended supplier.

Very handy little knife and bonus bottle opener. Blade is extremely sharp so you need to be careful with it even though it's tiny. Good for when I'm out in the garden and need to slice open bags or boxes or cut string.

I purchased a torch from this site and it was faulty on delivery (wouldn't charge). After dozens of failed attempts to contact them (they never pick up the phones, just a series of phone menu options taking you to the same point - "fill in online form"), emails that went unanswered and simply ignored, I finally sent an email to the manufacturer of the product who were able to contact them. I sent the product back for a replacement. Even though the postal tracking verified delivery back to them they still do not respond nor reply to emails nor replaced the product nor refunded my money. It's been about 2 weeks since Australia Post confirmed delivery of the faulty product back to them and still no response or suggestions of resolution. I am now pursuing consumer affairs guidelines for a refund and opened a dispute with the credit card company. A long and time consuming process. The value of the product is more than 500 hence the perseverance on my part.

I wish I had read a review like this before simply online shopping and finding the best price. As you can see, this is the REAL cost of such a purchase.
