Just picked up Coghlan’s Sierra Saw- Pocket Size from the PO. Super compact, its exactly what I've been looking for to take camping & use with my twig stove. It arrived in good time & was carefully packed by Elite Outdoor Gear staff so it arrived in top condition. Well done & thank you for stocking this product.

Some stock was unavailable. I was informed and walked through some options including, which included an upgrade. Hit express because I was concerned with potential Christmas delays. Gear rocked up next day. Thoroughly impressed.

Pricing was cheap and reasonable for the product, paid for express shipping and still haven't received my package so I'm unable to give you a proper review, products got you a star, delivery service and promise is just a lie, the option for express shipping shouldn't be given if it's not going to be express shipping

My purchase arrived on time in good condition but was not the colour I ordered. I haven’t had an issue in the past with my purchases, but tried contacting for a replacement or exchange, but received no response. I’m happy with the product (apart from the colour) but not the service.
