Absolutely first class service. I had my Fender Stratocaster in for a setup today and I am extremely happy with the way it now plays. I highly recommend the team at Echo tone.

Another poor effort by not updating your stock counts online.purchase things that say in stock but they are not. Now have to wait for the banks to return my money before i can grab a belated christmas present, Have some pride in your work aye or have a go mate.

Item I ordered was listed as being in stock online but it wasn't. They called me the next day and then refunded the money. I just checked and - as of ten seconds ago - it's still listed as being in stock at Echo Tone. They've had three days to update their site and they haven't done so. It's still listed as being in stock on their Reverb store as well.

It's the Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor. They don't have it and I was told that they were unable to estimate when they'd be getting new stock.yet they still have it listed as being in stock. I'm lost for words. Now they know it's not there you'd think that they'd have updated their information. Nope.

I only gave them one star because I couldn't post this review unless I gave them at least one star. I won't be attempting to buy from them again. They were polite and refunded the money promptly, but that's about the only positive thing I can say.

As a female I've always dreaded going into music stores, as they're usually staffed by patronising old dudes, but Echo Tone is the exact opposite! Their staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and their knowledge is vast. Fantastic customer service from a bunch of genuinely lovely people!
