Never tried the fish and chips here but after reading reviews I really need to give it a go!

I always come here with my baby to get a fillet of fish for him, staff is very attentive, friendly and every single piece of fish or seafood I've gotten here is always fresh and beautiful.

No problem with the quality of the fish n chipper, had previously been good size and good food. Unfortunately on this occassion the grilled flake was ridiculously small, the fried one was also a bit small and two meagher slices of lemon for two fish, prawns, scallops and a calamari pack is just not good enough. Happy to give it another go but will inspect the boxes and will make myself known. Would love to edit the review to 5*, hoping not to edit it to 1*. Show me the fish!

Great selection. Fresh fish cooked to perfection. The $13 serve of flathead is really enough for two.

Really nice squid and calamari. Potato cakes are amazing too and the flake is tasty and fresh. Scallops too are very nice.

I can't shake that Friday fish habit, although I am not religious so why go out to dinner at a $100 ahead when you can do this at home, Sea-brim yummOh!

Recently, I had the getting some food fr9m Eat Fish, and I have to say fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the restaurant's sleek and modern decor, which created a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
The menu was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh seafood dishes to choose from. I opted for fish and chips, which were cooked to perfectly.
The service at Eat Fish was also exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my experience was enjoyable and that I had everything I needed. I had a experience at Eat Fish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch.

So, What is still open after a yoga class? Something I can eat and not feel the guilt of the keto world, yet feeling the hunger tamed the moment the box opened. No apologies I had the best fried flake with the rocket and walnut salad. Thick and juicy, the batter is crispy even after a 7 minute drive. The scallop is full sized and so juicy. Finished all the remnants of fish bits on the box bc it’s that good. Coming back again!

I get my fresh fish from here sometimes twice a week and the quality is fantastic! I especially love the marinara mix made up fresh by Con (he makes Eat fish awesome! ️). He really looks after his regulars too! Recommend highly

Recently changed hands, piece of grilled rockling and chips cost $18.50. What was once a nice fish shop is now terrible - many options not available and range of fish was minimal. The fish was inedible - undercooked and very small for the price. Chips seemed to be old and re fried multiple times - won’t be coming here again

Well it's changed my fish snapper was tasteless and bit slimy, too much salt on chips also looked old. Save your money it cost me $13.50 and it ended up in the bin.

Great experience and best Fish and Chips in Local Area Ashburton. Came here tonight with my friends for Fish and Chips takeaway and the Grilled Rockling and Barramundi was so delicious also the proportion and quality of food was amazing. The chips were nice and crispy and weren’t soggy or dry and the oil used is clean. Very Friendly staff members and great service.

I don’t eat fish much. However, Eat Fish managed to give me the best fish and chips experience so far. I ordered grilled whiting and rockling fillets. The taste and freshness exceeded all my expectations. Ali was very friendly and informative behind the counter. Keep up the good work mate! Definitely recommend and will be back for more!

Used to be great. Now, bland, tasteless and just not worth the effort. Far better local options for Fish and Chips.

Excellent quality fish amongst the best one can buy anywhere in Melbourne. Chips are the healthier variety as opposed to the " tastier" type.

Last night we ordered grilled barramundi, chips and coleslaw, and the whole meal was delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and was creamy and moist. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft inside. No too much mayo on the coleslaw. Delivery was quick and the food arrived warm. Will definitely get food from Eat Fish again!

I enjoyed the snapper, it was fresh and crispy. However, there were heaps of small bones in the King George whiting which really annoyed me. The prawn skewer was alright but the char grilled squid was so bland with merely no charred flavour. Portion size was slightly small at this price range.
Overall, overpriced and average fish & chips.

Extremely good fish and chips, everything is clearly fresh and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. Keep up the good work, this place is definitely one of the standout takeaway venues in the area.
