Neri immediately diagnosed the issues with my old trusty Saeco Magic deluxe machine on the spot and said he would have it ready in the hour!
I got it back looking and feeling like a new machine again.

Completely knowledgeable and very helpful. Quoted on a couple of machines without demanding money first. Ended up servicing one machine and transferring superior steaming wand from the other. Work of genius! Has a display of superior models in shop, can do trade-ins and can explain pros and cons of models. 5 years training in Italy and I think it shows. I really enjoyed the experience and can't really imagine going to another business.

First of all they gave us a free assessment to diagnose the issue with our machine, and then priced the repair very fairly. My husband and I are very pleased with our overall experience.

Had a leak in my machine, took it to Eastlink after seeing some good reviews. The owners are so nice, very helpful and took the time to explain what was wrong with it. I would highly recommend Eastlink for service and price. It's 40mins from where I live but definitely worth the drive.

Just had my Gaggia Classic serviced here as it started to taste a little funny - the machine i purchased in the previous review. I would back flush myself fairly regularly, but figured it needed a full on clean and seal change. Eastlink Espresso completed it really promptly so I was without my machine for a really short period of time, and now coffee is back to tasting fantastic again! Well done and a big thank you to Eastlink Espresso!:)

I would totally recommend you go here for your machine repairs. I called first to see if my Delonghi Perfecta Cappuccino machine, older, past warranty could be repaired. It had been repaired previously under and out of warranty at another service centre. This centre was not convenient to my address. I spoke with Neri who was extremely helpful and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. His store is far closer to people on South east Melbourne.
I took my machine in and Neri gave me a realistic estimate of the repairs and advice. I had the machine repaired and picked it up. He gave me a 3 month repair warranty.
Unfortunately my machine had another issue in this period. I again contacted Neri and asked if I brought it in if he could do it on the spot. He was very obliging.
When I was there he worked out the problem, and had the parts to fix the machine while I waited.
He also gave advice for the better when using the machine.

I had looked up repairers and was going to take it to a place in Dandenong until I read the dozens of negative reviews.
I then did another search and thankfully stumbled across Eastlink Espresso repairs. In contrast, this company had dozens of highly positive reviews, and I'm happy to confirm they are all true!

I Brought my Giotto coffee machine for a repair, fast and efficient!
Such a good experience I had with this shop and I ended up buying locally roasted beans, as it's now my main supplier.
Also I strongly recommend for their friendly staff
