My Isomac espresso machine broke down after 8 years of service. I took my machine to Eastlink Espresso for repair. They were able to diagnose the cause of the issue with detailed explanation and have it fixed to my complete satisfaction in less than a week. I am extremely happy with the service provided and highly recommended Eastlink Espresso for all service and repair needs of your Espresso machine.

Cannot speak highly enough of this business - Vittorio so friendly and helpful - even lending me a vacuum to clean up a full load of coffee beans in my car when machine tipped over - turn around time was amazing, within 24 hours, coffee now tastes better than ever and price so reasonable - will always now highly recommend to anyone needing service - thank you Eastlink Espresso!

I found east link espresso whilst searching the internet trying to find high end and quality espresso machines and grinders.
After much research I narrowed my search down to a few machines.
Eastlink espresso were really easy to deal with, initially whilst on their web page I spoke with them through the online chat. After I’d asked a few questions and received a few answers they asked if I’d like to talk over the phone instead, which I was more than happy to do. I then received a phone call from one of the friendly staff at east link espresso he explained to me in detail the differences between the machines that I had narrowed my search down to.
A few days days after this call when I had some free time I went over to east link espresso to take a look at the machines and grinders also to speak to the staff in person.
I was helped by Ahmed and Carolina who were more than helpful, Super friendly and above all patient with me whilst I was making my decisions. They put together a really good price for me with machine and grinder, they also threw in a bag of beans and some cleaning products.
I would highly suggest east link espresso to anyone especially if you’re in Melbourne.
With the service, prices and the friendliness I wouldn’t shop elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience buying a coffee machine & grinder from Eastlink Espresso. They are friendly, knoweldgable, helpful, and professional. They took the time to discuss all of the options with us, to show us various machines, and to highlight the pros and cons of each. They were never pushy, appreciating that we would want to go away to think about it before committing to purchase. Once we had chosen, they organised a time with us to come in and collect our machine but also to receive a training session on how to use the machine properly, including finding the right grind, dispensing coffee, how to froth & heat milk, and also how to care for and clean the machine. It was a really thorough session. They could not have been more helpful.

I wish all retail experiences could be like this.

Finally - even if you just need some coffee beans go and see them! They have custom in-house blends of premium quality beans and much cheaper than you will find elsewhere.

My espresso machine started overheating. Took my machine in and had the repairs done. They repaired it, serviced it, tuned it, modified it and buffed it. Now my machine looks and performs better than the day I bought it.

I took my machine in for repair as my husband told me it had stopped working whilst I was away. It was on a weekend of course but I was able to book it in online. Took it in Monday morning and 48 hours later I got a call from their technician saying the machine was working just fine and there would be no charge despite testing it for several hours. That is the sort of service that generates trust and goodwill, not to mention many return visitors. Good Job Team!

Fixed my 2.5 years old Brevile Oracle as it wasn't dispensing any hot water.

Only took a few working days to fix for a reasonable price & the coffee quality improved by a lot as well after replacing recommended parts.

Took my profitec pro 700 for a maintenance, was advised there was scale throughout the machine. The team fixed my machine, it's like brand new. The team is excellent, gives honest and professional feedback, fantastic customer service and really friendly people. Thanks heaps!

Staff are very friendly but their prices aren't as they're hyped up to be.
I brought my coffee machine in for a repair, it ended up being too expensive to repair which was fine given the age.
I was offered a trade in on a newer Gaggia machine however it was cheaper to purchase the exact same machine elsewhere even without a trade in.

Many thanks for the one on one service and expert knowledge about everything coffee. Purchased the ECM Synchronika at a competitive price and have beeen very impressed. Also had my old Expobar serviced at Eastlink and we were kept well informed with only a 2 day turn over. Their coffee is really nice too! Highly recommended!

Adriana and Eastlink Espresso had my order in the hands of the courier within a few hours of my order and it was received next day.
There was some damage to the grinder hopper - a replacement was sent to me the same day I talked to them. In summary - they provide superb and friendly service.

The service that Vittorio and the team give is absolutely outstanding. I get my Lelit Mara X machine serviced here. Vittorio has so much knowledge and is happy to give advice and make recommendations. The small batch Rudimentum Coffee ‘summer blend’ is so good!
