Today I received my new ECM Synchronika Coffee Machine. WOW, I love it.
The guys at Eastlink Espresso in Wantirna, Neri & Vittorio not only gave me a great deal, but Vittorio came out and installed it and set up the grinder to pull the perfect shot. These guys are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and they spent lots of time going through all the different machines so I could make the right decision. If you're in the market for anything coffee related, go and check out these guys. Their coffee beans are great also. Thanks again guys!

When my old machine reached its end of life the team looked after us and delivered a beautiful ECM replacement. Couldn’t be happier. Start of a great relationship.

Our Saeco Xelsis Coffee machine had stopped working, we took it to a Coffee machine repairer in North Balwyn, after 3 months and $220 later we picked up the machine and took it home to find the machine was still had the same problem. I had completely lost confidence in the company that had tried to repair it again saying it could be a solenoid Costing $700 or it could be the computer board costing $700 or it could be both.
I scoured the web and came across Eastlink Espresso, read a lot of the reviews and decided this was the place to go. The service was impeccable the machine was repaired within a week Costing $290.
I could not recommend Eastlink Espresso repairs & sales highly enough, they know how to treat their customer and will be in business for many years to come.

Eastlink Espresso.

Back story to us getting a coffee machine from Eastlink Espresso.

On Thursday evening I got home from work and there was a note from my wife on the kitchen bench stating that our coffee machine had devoured itself and was all munched up inside.

I took a look and yep it was munched.

I got online and found Eastlink Espresso and sent an email saying that we coffeeholics needed a machine if possible by tomorrow Friday as the weekend without coffee was too much to bear.

Early on Friday morning Vittorio from Eastlink Espresso rang to ask me what was going on, when I explained the situation he totally understood and promised me a fully tested and commissioned machine delivered to my workplace by 4 PM that day
My workplace is about 1 hours drive from Eastlink Espresso.
The machine that I bought was a Gaggia Cardona Prestige.

At 4PM there was the machine in the safe hands of Ahmed at my workplace, Ahmed has the most wondrous smile and was only too happy to have brought the machine to me.

My wife and I experimented all weekend with this wonderful coffee machines ability, I'm surprised that either of us could sleep from drinking that much coffee.

Sunday evening I sent another email to Eastlink Espresso to place another order for the same machine as a present for my son on his birthday.
The machine was delivered to my workplace on Monday.

This is without doubt the best service I have ever received with ordering and delivery on the internet.

This is how the internet should operate.

It is definitely worth buying from them because the staff will show you how to maximise the use of a machine and help setting the machine up!

A good coffee machine won’t help you to make a batter taste coffee, but help you enjoy to make coffee.
This is the best coffee machine store in Melbourne I had ever been. I find Vitt on Facebook and he compared different brands and models. And get me the most suitable coffee machine to me with a great deal. He also will test the machine and tech step by step to use the machine in a proper way.

Damaged my coffee machine on a Sunday and left an online enquiry which they followed up with & called me early AM Monday, dropped my machine in the following day & picked it up & all repaired on Friday, Quick, friendly & great service. Highly recommended.
PS - the coffee tastes much better after a long overdue machine service.

Having decided to upgrade my Grinder, I did some research and decided upon the Eureka Specialita. I then researched price and availabilty and chose Eastlink Espresso as the price was right and I liked the fact they service coffee making equipement. When I collected the grinder the service provided was pleasant and knowledgable. Some of the tips provided means I have a better understanding of the dialing in process.

It's and emergency when your espresso machine stops working! A big emergency if you know what I mean? Anyway one phone call and a quick chat about what was happening and my machine is off for some repairs! Above and beyond, my Quickmill QM67 was collected from my work and taken to be fixed, then days ahead of when I expected it back it was ready.some new parts, a clean and service. Outstanding service, to collect it and complete it so quick, give a detailled report and all with a smile and coffee sample. I knkow where I will go back - massive thumbs up:)
