I recently had my vehicle repaired at Easons whilst overseas. The service experienced from start to finish was fantastic and i cannot recommend their services enough.

I have recently moved back to Ballarat and my BMW 325i required some maintenance. Previously it was maintained by a BMW dealership, who I believed were correctly maintaining my Bema. Easons found several incorrectly installed components, two of these caused the car to scrub tires badly. Others were serious enough to affect the overall safety of my car. They correctly reinstalled the components, and successfully completed the required maintenance.
I would strongly recommend them to any BMW owner, I have found them to be diligent, and more willing to give you the required information so you can make an informed decision regarding your BMW

Had failure with the parking brake for BMW X3. Jamie fixed the issue with the most economical method and they did not charge anything for this “minor” job but I have been running around and stopped at three different repairers to get the issue solved. Just moved to Ballarat a few weeks ago. It feels so good and secure to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in such a new place. Definitely will undertake any upcoming car service & repairing work at Eason’s. Highly recommended! !

From the first time I went to Eason's I found Paul, Sarah and their team to be the most friendly people I've come across in Ballarat. I've only been going there for a short time but I feel as though I've known them for years. The welcome I get is second to none, the friendliness and courtesy is genuine through and through. I had given up on businesses in Ballarat as they had lost the art of customer service until a friend recommended Eason's instead of driving to Melbourne, Geelong or Colac which I had resorted to doing. I must say I was most pleasantly surprised as I felt that most of the businesses in Ballarat only wanted your money and that's all. But at Eason's they actually give you the time of day and the service that you would expect from a professional organisation, only they go the extra mile and make you feel valued. It's not only the niceties that they offer such as a courtesy car, cold or hot drinks, it's the genuine care in their voice when you talk to any of them that really counts and makes them stand well above the rest.

Great team. Very service oriented. Blower motor repaired and still functioning. Thank goodness now I don't have to have the four window aircon. Receptionist, Sarah is very friendly and extremely efficient. Will be using Eason's again.

The team provided a really thorough explanation of the work done and the works needed. Service costs were explained fully. Car is running like a dream. Both of our family cars have been serviced by Easons now for over three years. To have a team that knows the product and more importantly - their customers is great! Fantastic customer service and knowledge base re prestige europeon cars - never been before and I dropped in to book a time to do a minor job, (replace tailgate bulb X3) They were fully booked with cars and looking busy so I expected the “come back in a couple of hours” but Paul did the job on the spot. Most definitely will be using them for all future work/services.
