We have been using Easons for all our VW Passat and Volvo XC60 service and repair needs for years. Easons never fails to deliver on their depth of knowledge of European vehicles, quality of work and exceptional customer service! My VW recently suffered a major transmission failure, easons rapidly diagnosed the fault, ordered the parts from overseas and got me back up and running ASAP! Thank you Easons for your continued support with our vehicles.

While travelling around Australia in my 2006 Toyota hiace, I started to have alternator issues. They diagnosed the problem quickly, contacted my warranty company the same day and had me back on the road within a couple of days. Eason's staff were courteous, understanding and I cannot fault their service. Once again, thank you so much.

Booked in with Eason's for a full service when the brand dealer didn't get back to us. We had the best service from booking through to the car being delivered back to us. When they found they needed to replace spark-plugs, they called first to check we were happy to proceed with the new estimated price. Then the car was delivered washed and vacuumed too. Thank you!

Having relocated from Melbourne a couple of years ago and historically taking my car/s to be serviced with Mercedes in Melbourne I was searching for someone local, with that I came across Paul and Sarah (and team) at Eason's.and from now on there will be no turning back.a huge "thank you" to the guys at Eason's - for the service and professionalism that surpassed. Some months ago, our Volvo 940 broke down in Ballarat after traveling from Melbourne. Eason's made every effort to repair it asap in order to get it on the road again, despite their very busy schedule. While repairing the car, they noticed another issue that needed to be addressed, and showed me the corrosion that was occurring. We decided to have them fix that problem and service the car as well a few weeks later. Each time I picked up the car, they showed me the faulty parts and explained what was done in language I could understand. They were courteous, friendly, and eager to please, from the mechanic through to the office staff. My wife and I were very impressed.
