Eason's went out of the way to help diagnose and subsequently fix an issue with our car. Excellent service by one of there car specialists

In Melbourne I went to the same Mercedes-Benz Service Centre for 21 years and was very happy. I moved to Ballarat six years ago and had my Mercedes vehicles serviced at Mercedes-Benz Ballarat for the last 5 years but have not been so happy with them in recent times. Therefore I looked online for an alternative to service my E-Class Mercedes.
I saw that Eason's could be an alternative so I drove over to their place one day and found their forecourt and driveway entrances were crowded and blocked with vehicles and it was even busy on the street with parked cars so I turned around and went back home. I considered going back to Melbourne for my car services.
Then I went back onto the Eason's Car Centre Website which is very good and decided to phone them. I spoke to Justin at the Reception Desk and found his customer service skills to be exemplary. Justin gave me the confidence to give Eason's a go. I booked my Mercedes in for a 'B' Service on Friday 23rd June 2023, and took my car there at 7-50am. I also mentioned that the steering wheel had been making a sort of rubbing noise that needed to be fixed. They lent me a VW Golf Courtesy Car and told me to be back by 1pm which is their closing time on a Friday.
I returned to Easons at 12-50pm. Once again, the forecourt and driveway entrances were blocked with vehicles. This is the only thing that I don't like about Eason's because I have previously had a Mercedes damaged when left with a mechanic in Melbourne. As mentioned I was back ten minutes before closing time, and was told that they had only just started servicing my car. I was now worried that so close to closing time, would the mechanic do a proper service or would he just want to get away.
They finished the service on my car at 1-34pm. Paul is the owner and before I drove away he came to my car to make sure that the rubbing noise on the steering wheel had been fixed which impressed me.
Since the day of the service my car has been driving perfectly and no more noises from the steering wheel.
I would definitely go back to Eason's again and would thoroughly recommend them to any other Mercedes owner. Please Paul, do something about your overcrowded forecourt.

I had a warning light on my VW Passat that no other business in Ballarat could diagnose or rectify. Within 30 minutes of visiting Eason's the issue was diagnosed, repaired, and the fault was cleared! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they really know European vehicles.

First service at Easons. Found them to be excellent. Workshop was very clean, tidy and ordered. Service done in a timely fashion and provided with feedback for work which will need to be done, but not immediately - giving time to plan for this with a quote to come through. Will definitely use them again.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my 3 series BMW. Always had it serviced here and recently had a tune done with a catback and intake install, was seriously surprised by the performance difference!
