This is definitely a hidden gem in every way you measure it. Amazing coffee blend; diverse choice of tasty, conscientious, healthy and locally sourced menu options and anyone working in this beautiful building on the most stunning location in Belgrave, i help but feel a calming sense of being connected to nature and the universe in a uniquely lucky way.
Full disclosure; I have had a long held friendship with the family that runs this business, and I feel confident in saying, that neither they or I would ever dare compromise the integrity of the public review system and all of the statements I have made regarding Earthly Pleasures cafe has been true and correct to my enjoyable experience and the pride and respect i have for Adam and Sharon in the reputable company they have finally developed into. It has been the customers best interests that have influenced their decisions and without their continued persistence and ridiculous resilience there would be some seriously dangerous people not getting that vital first hit of caffeine to start their day and I'd hate to think of the potential evil that their amazing baristas prevented and the satisfaction they produced to this point of time and will continue to do into the future. God obviously blessed us all and the Belgrave shopping district when this great family gave us Earthly Pleasures cafe and we thank them for that. Amenlol️

Beautiful located in a building with notable history and front garden. Flat white and cappuccino very good, same applies to the apple raspberry crumble.

Lovely place. The food has dropped in quality compared to years ago. Wouldn’t recommend now. May try another time just in case an off day. Just really disappointed today.

Best cafe in Belgrave. Ask the locals! Delicious food, friendly service, gorgeous gardens, plenty of pretty spots to sit inside or outside, great cake selection, kid friendly, plenty of gf options, best coffee in town, beautiful old building, right in the heart of Belgrave.it has everything! Plus heart and soul (Which sadly many cafes these days lack). Highly recommend.

Exceptional food. So fresh and delicious and exceptional service. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and providing a fantastic menu to choose from and very fresh delicious food. Amazing vegan options too!

Nice location and atmosphere. The old Jorgensen family (Monsalvat) building is a Belgrave landmark, and is a very impressive bluestone structure in pleasant surroundings. The owner is a gentleman and always up for a friendly chat. A friend and myself often catch up there for coffees, and they're happy for you to linger longer without necessarily buying meals.

Came to Earthly Pleasures last week - it is a beautiful venue- came years ago- when the venue and food was amazing
Now is a cafe (what a waste) - I was looking forward to the Lentil and Vegetable Soup- thinking thick/tasty soup-was a really cold rainy day- I received runny/tasteless soup with toast (did not have any parsesam to add some taste- I asked)
Also ordered - large platter of dips and bread
The dips (sweet potato/ avocado/hummas) - the avocado -was not a dip
Just mashed avocado - the other two dips were store bought - but ok
I can only think- that maybe the cook/chef was off that day- and maybe one of the young staff (very good) - was asked to fill in for the cook
Cos that soup was really bad!

What a absolute delight. We were very lucky to get a table with no reservation, staff were incredibly courteous and very helpful. Food was delicious, a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Beautiful atmosphere. Will definitely be coming again.

Beautiful building with a lousy restaurant. My partner and I both dissapointed today that my burger was overcooked and dry. I've had better at Mcdonalds at less than 1/2 the price. Cooking a burger isn't hard! So it just tells me that the standards there are very low. Not going there again.

Came here for brekkie on recommendation from a friend. What a warm, cosy atmosphere! And the staff were really friendly too. The coffee was just right (we liked it so much we ordered a second) and I enjoyed my roasted mushrooms with poached egg added.

My partner and I both agreed that
the mushroom burger was one of the best vegan burgers we’ve ever had. It’s was so delicious! This place also has such a beautiful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Also plenty of space to sit outside so you can bring your doggo along

Impressive heritage stone building & Garden settings, beautiful delicious food & Cafe, very friendly staffs, enjoyed so much.

Amazing food and service! What a treasure this place is. Set amongst lovely gardens and stone buildings the cafe itself is stellar in quality, so good my friend and I went back the next day! Delicious coffee and perfectly prepared eggs on yummy sourdough. So good! Wish this place existed near my house! Don’t miss it!

Great "Ambience". It's like you've travelled back to the medieval times with knights, dragons and castles, it has a great restaurant/cafe layout and design. Includes a fireplace on cold days to keep you warm. However, the food doesn't do this place justice. I had a burger which tasted and looked like something you'd find outside a NASCAR Racing Event. It definitely wasn't 4 or 5 stars for me. But the layout and design was 5 stars. Customer service was phenomenal, just disappointed with the food. No tomato sauce with chips and cappuccino was average at best.

Very disappointed with the service from the manager. The word rude springs to mind. Other staff were lovely.

Beautiful beautiful space. It was raining when we got there but I think it added to the appeal. Service was friendly, food took a while to come out but we didn't mind. Portion was big for the price. All in all a very positive experience for us.

Best meal we had in Australia. Food was delicious, all dishes were so tasty. Lovely sitting area in the garden and great coffee. Lots of vegan options as well
