A fantastic place for a meal or a catch up.
On a nice day the outdoor seating is fantastic with great views creating a casual atmosphere. It's perfect for familys and is pet friendly. Furthermore, there is a section out back which is clam and quite a nice place to study or relax. Finally they have one of the best tosties I've ever had and on top of this the staff was friendly and polite.

Such a beautiful place sat outside with dogs plenty of room and food was delicious, as was the iced latte

Found this hidden gem at Belgrave, absolutely love the beautiful and tranquil outdoor garden setting with added character by the architecture. Also love the fact that there’re ample vegetarian dishes on the menu.

I've been here many times. It's excellent. Delicious and healthy food, beautiful surroundings and nice staff. Make sure to book on weekends as they are busy! I'm glad I did

Food was amazing! Highly recommend booking a table. We were served by Emily and she was fabulous. It was quite busy but she took her time to speak to each table and explain how she’ll be taking our order. Super friendly service! Definitely will be back to sit next to the fireplace. The hot coconut caramel was delicious

The cheesecake and coffee were good. The building is gorgeous. However, the girl who took our coffee order and brought it to us told us she couldn’t take our food order (she’ll be back). She didn’t come back. Then she signalled she couldn’t when she made eye contact with my partner a while later. No one else came to the table in the meantime. My partner asked me to look at the cake fridge in the meantime. I was hungry. I walked over and the same waiter was wiping the fridge. She looked at me and asked if I needed help. I asked if she could take my order. She say ok. She didn’t come. After that she proceeded to avoid our table and when I was standing at the bar to pay, she signalled to someone else to take our payment. Did you have a bad day? In short it was a beautiful physical atmosphere soured by poor service. We were at table 1.

A place where i would like to go again and again. The magical vibes and beauty around cant be described. A perfect place for family breakfast

Hillsy eatery for tasty and innovative brunch. Vegan and vegetarian options. Food was delicious! Coffees and hot drinks were well made. Alternative milk options available. Highly recommend!

This is a mainstay of the local community. Tucked away in a big old stone building, the cafe is always warm and cosy in winter with a redgum fireplace, and in summer there is a good courtyard with a fountain which can be a delightful place to catch up with friends before going to the cameo cinema across the street. The coffee is consistent and reliably good and the menu has a selection of healthy meals which while not being cullinary masterpieces or having the creative wow of inner urban hipster cafes, are simply unpretentious real food that will leave you feeling well fed. This is a place to go to have a relaxed lunch with friends and family. And maybe cake!

I love this place, not only for the good food and atmosphere, but I can bring my fur babies who enjoy it too.

The only place in Belgrave I would ever dine at. Beautiful building which sets it apart from the standard Melb cafe. Lovely front and back courtyards for dining that really add to the experience. But beyond decor the staff have always been friendly and exceptional and my experiences with coffee and food has always been great.

Definitely worth the pit stop if you're embarking on an adventure in the Yarra Ranges

Visited mid afternoon for coffee and cake. Beautiful old building with gorgeous surrounds. We sat outside amongst trees and birds. Lemon cheesecake and raspberry crumble were nice. Iced coffee was good but iced chai with oatmilk had a funny taste to it and not much flavour. The service was fast and friendly. Want to visit again to try main dishes. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Absolutely divine experiences I've had here, both in summer and winter. Excellent service and atmosphere with healthy, innovative dishes. Amazing palate for coffee I'm SO blessed to have this as my local.

Absolutely amazing food, nowadays it's hard to say that I spent $30 on brunch and I felt like I got my money's worth. I had the vegan toastie which was divine and my partner had the eggs which was also divine. The venue itself is a beautiful old english "estate" style property that is easily one of the best lunchtime backdrops in the area. Only point to take off was that the coffee was nothing to write home about. Well worth the visit!

On a cold day it can be very cold in here, even near the fireplace. An unfortunate down side to the charm of the building.

The menu is in the shorter side but everyone managed to find something they enjoyed.

I'm not sure I'd they do it, but high tea in summer would be amazing I'm sure.

Definitely one of my favorite cafe in Belgrave. The stuff is efficient, always smiling and gentle, they got different types of vegan and vegetarian dish all really good, and the caffe is good to.
