Dosa Hut - Indian Multi Cuisine Restaurant Geelong

Just had lunch at dosa hut today and we are blown away by the quality and quantity of every dish. We tried many dishes that we have never had before. Their idly was soft and best I’ve had in a long time. The waiter that served us kept checking on us and if we needed any refills. The ambience was really good and if they are not busy ask for a booth seating, they gave us one upon request.
Found my new favourite take away joint.

One of worst and rude customer care service ever. Sat there for nearly 30mins and no one came to serve or take order from us. We tried to call one of the front staff and he said he will be there by 2mins and he never showed up.

Worst customer service experience from the restaurant owner! Ordered Onion uthapam which still didn't come when we are almost done with the lunch! The reason owner gives is, we have only one tawa to prepare and would take 25mins for onion uthapam! Would never recommend this place!

Stupid service. Today I went there with some of my friends. We waited for half hour to get order. Then we called that service guy after 30 min of waiting. He was like " guys I will come there " even after this waited for more than 10 min and left shop with frustration.

Very poor customer service. Not having any common manners to the customers. Waited more than half hour and no one turned up atleast for taking orders. Left without having food. Will never ever show up to this place again and will defenitely advise my friends not to show up.

The time to serve dish was pathetic. We had ordered a onion uttapam and that was served after all the others in the table had completed their food (~50min). And then we were giving a reason that you know it takes 45 mins a minimum to make onion uttapam as they only have one dosa tava. The onion uttapam that was served after ~50min was half baked and was pathetic to taste.
