Dosa Hut - Indian Multi Cuisine Restaurant Craigieburn

I had garlic naan and samosa which weren't too bad but the lentil dhal was disgusting not worth the money.

Came here for family dinner. Staff were very rude, no cutlery provided with the food had to fetch for plates n cutlery while taking out the biryani we FOUND HAIR IN THE BIRYANI. WHEN COMPLAINED TO THE STAFF THEY BLAMED US SAYING WE PLANTED IT THERE! KEPT ARGUING. ONLY A SIMPLE REPLACEMENT WAS OFFERED UNTIL I ASKED FOR A REFUND.

Disgusting service, they don't know how to serve properly and even if you try to add something to your order; they will just ignore you.
They won't provide you with the cutlery and other stuff. Such a negative place to visit.

Wish! I can give them more than 5 star I had a party on my birthday and it was so so so good! Food was awesome and fresh! Friendly staff and very co-operative! I highly recommeded to all of you visit this place have awesome food and service. My all guest were so happy. Thank you abhinav️ really appreciated️

Loved the dosas and the indochinese starters. Their naan was also very soft. Will definitely be comming back. Great ambience too for a family night out.

Honestly not half bad, food was pretty oily but nonetheless quite tasty. Although had to wait like 30 minutes for a dosa:/

At dosa hut we had really pleasant experience amazing customer service served by Harpreet Very professional and helpful service.

Horrible food, ordered pani puri, fish tikka and chicken tikka. They don't even know what they are serving is ok or not. Pani puri - worst taste ever I had, fish tikka - too tasteless, watery, uncooked.
When asked to see the manager or chef, they made an excuse that they are not available. Really disappointing. Worst experience ever for the Indian cuisine.

Avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your good time with family and friends!

It is the third time we have been denied for serving food to us saying " It will take us 1 hour to serve you, Do you still wanna sit? "
I mean what kind of services these are?
Are you here to serve food or what?
This is the first and only restaurant that tells the customer to return back home.
She also added that so many people have returned back taking their cashback.

This place is incredible! I mean it's possible to eat good food sometimes, but eating consistently good food every time is certainly a big deal. That's what you get here! Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

We had ordered Dum Goat Biryani today. Sorry to say there were three small pieces with a big bone. Giving half an egg with a biryani is the first time I see in my life.

If you can’t serve your customers after 10 change your time on web. We came all the way from wallan and the girl said we don’t take orders after 10.00. This is ridiculous. Will never go there again.

Worst food. I ordered fish Tikka and the fish was soggy from inside and not even crispy. Don’t go there! Wasted our dinner! Staff doesn’t understand properly and do not even follow basic etiquettes.
Next we ordered Pani puri and it was too absurd! Just don’t go there! I will not come again.

Excellent food available at affordable prices. Very good customer service. Menu variety of is really good. Situated close to Craigieburn central makes it a even more delectable experience. All sorts of Punjabi dishes available. Close to major shopping outlets and other eateries. Good visibility for the outlet.

Disgusting Service. Unfriendly and rude staff. We walked away as they wouldn't let our child eat outside food. This never used to happen in Australia

Average indian food. Annoying because they make you order through an app which isnt friendly or nice. Won't go again because of the fact that you have to order their food through a app.

We ordered medu wada sambhar and schezwan dosa.wada was hard and Chutney with both was very cold and shezwan dosa was so spicy. Red chilli powder all over dosa. We didnt liked the food.
