Just ordered veg biryani there was chicken piece there

Chef said no it’s rice not chicken

Top of that at counter she said are you paying for chicken or vegetarian

I tried idly Sambar for the first time over there. Experience was amazing. Loved it guys.will visit again soon aaiyo

The place sucks sick food if you are vegetarian or vegan please avoid this place they have no ethics and shame they can serve you any thing though you would have not ever ordered it
The place left a scar on my spiritual journey of 42 years been a vegetarian and they polluted it yesterday night the Thaught of it makes me feel sick to the core

Great food was amazing, had to wait abit but for the food but other than that was great, me and my friends enjoyed it

Worst experience ever. Neither food is great here at dosa hut craigieburn nor the ambience. They take he’ll lotta time to serve plus no hygiene as compared to other restaurants. I don’t recommend this place. Just imagine you pick the glasses to pour water and that glass sticks to the table and I don’t think they change the cutlery too.

Used to be good. Not anymore. Had a dinner and nothing was good. Sorry you lost another customer.

Got paneer 65 and vegetarian noodles for delivery. Noodles okay, paneer is like just in only tomato gravy with lots and lots of curry leaves? So unlike dosa hut.

Never had any order/dine in at this restaurant post the above experience except for this Saturday, when we thought we will give it a go. We went in to have Dosa, thinking a Dosa place can’t go wrong with Dosa at-least.

The exhaust system was not good, when you go to a restaurant you don’t want a mix smell of bleach, cooked food etc.that’s what it smelled like upon entrance. Interior and atmosphere felt more like we were in a food court. Enough staff, so service was quick. The Idly felt stale/not fresh. The Vada tasted undercooked. The Masala Dosa was 2/5. The sambhar was weird sweet taste. Plates have got water marks since a long time (or I don’t know if limescale buildup is the correct term) on all edges.

All in all, we entirely went wrong with thinking that a Dosa restaurant can at least serve those authentic dishes right.

Never ordering again.

Its has lost the charm for dosas.
Ordered paper dosa but got carpet dosa, soggy and cold. Dont go for dosa here. They are good only for indo chinese foods. Big 0 for dosa. SAD

Dine in - had to wait for more than 1.5 hours to get just dosas. The food didn't taste great too and I ended up with indigestion. Not recommended. A far cry from the CBD Dosa hut.

Panneer 65 biryani was awesome. But the customer service and honesty from the service crew about unavailability of food should really be appreciated!

Drab decor and standard seating. Spacious with a lot of outside light. Incompetent staff who appear to be doing you a favour by Serving you. Mohandas Gandhi would be very disappointed. Ordered Dosa to try out. Said they would take 10mins and took 40mins to make. Very ordinary taste. Shudder to think how the other food will taste. No plan to try out.

The Bar staff didn't know how to make or know what the drink is we ordered off the menu. Food was good and filling. Took a bit for meals and drinks to arrive.

Food was really good, staff are very nice and checked up on us throughout the meal. Love the music which adds authenticity. Would come again:)

I don't have any complaint about food but they have to b more organised when they serving food, i order two dosa and achari chicken tikka. Unfortunately 1 dosa came in 10 mint next dosa in 30 mint and achari chicken tikka didn't even received. In the end i have to do take away.

When serving one table please serve everything together

A spacious indian restaurant with tasty tosai (dosas) and chutneys. Only drawback is the music, for my opinion the volume is slightly high although i love the songs but I prefer relaxing music while enjoying their food.

Nice food but customer service was poor. The dine in area was open and it wasnt very busy either but Manager came and asked if we have eaten our food like he wants us to leave. But we told him politely that we have order more food and waiting for it. He rudely took the menu away and left.
Not just with us he did the same to other table.
2 months ago our friends went there and he did the same.
Don't understand what's issue with him but he needs a customer service lesson.
2 star deducted because of the customer service.

Very poor service. We were the only table to be served, still we waited for food for 40 minutes after the order placed. No care for customers. Staff is rude and careless. Not worth it to go there.

Order take away paneer tika taste salty never want to choose again bad experience with guy spoken

We celebrated our son’s first birthday party here. Very friendly staff, food was reallyyy awesomehighly recommend would love to visit again

Worst biryanis! Half cooked meat and masala, guys have some respect to customers who come to order and eat food! Take some responsibility to cook and serve, high prices low quality food
