Dr. Hesari is one of the best. She is so caring and knowledgeable in her job. Also, the receptionists are very kind and responsible.

I have been attending this practice for over 4 yrs now, and i am always extremely satisfied with the reception staff as well as Dr Strini. So much so that even though i have moved out of the area, i still travel to see Dr Strini, as he actually “listens” and is very thorough. And being a health care professional myself he talks to me at my level of knowledge/understanding and will discuss my concerns without hurrying me out the door. I would highly recommend this practice

Have been going to this clinic for 12 months now and can't fault it. All the staff are happy and helpful, nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommend

I am so disgusted with the service I received here. I had an appointment with Dr Rachel Hesari. After discussing my first medical issue in my appointment (for which I was given very poor treatment advice and support), I proceeded to tell her about my second medical issue. Rachel said she couldn't help me with my second issue today (as it was unrelated to my first issue). She said I should make another appointment, on a different day to discuss the second matter. What the actual heck? ! I have never had a GP tell me they can only help me with a single issue at a time before. Seems to me they care more about keeping to their 10min appointment time slots than they do actually treating patients needs. Disgusting. Feel like I have wasted my time. Never going back to this doctor.

I have recently moved to Doreen, I went o this clinic for the first time took my 8 months bub along. The nurse and doctor was so rude, I felt very uncomfortable there. My baby just touched the tissue sheet on the bed as he is only 8 months and the nurse was saying stop doing it. I will think twice going there again.

I have been attending Doreen family medical for the past four years. The staffs are very professional and friendly. I am really happy to have Dr Srini as our family GP. He listens to us patiently. My 4 year old son prefers to see him for his check ups. I am really satisfied with the care and service offered. I highly recommend Dr Srini and the practice.

The Clinic was very professional and friendly staff. Very easy to make my appointment for my vaccination. Hardly felt the injection. A little disappointed to hear there have been changes made to giving Astra Zeneca vaccine's to 50+ and was given it anyway. Think I should have been given the option. But really pleased I have now had the vaccine and looking forward to having the second one and being safe:)

Clean, efficient and friendly. I attended for my first COVID-19 immunisation, certainly recommend this practice.

Amazing Doctors, Dr Shadan, Dr Srini, Dr Rachel, they are all the best, I will give them 5 stars, but some of the receptionists are pathetic, most importantly the manager of the this medical centre needs really a life, she is one of the most pathetic, unprofessional and simply a heartless person

My family has been going to the clinic for the last two years. All the staff and doctors are friendly, they listen to you with patience. We have always returned home with a good/positive feeling. Dr Srini is one of the best and knowledgeable doctors in and around Doreen. Highly recommend this practice.

Accidentally my daughter got deep cut on her hand. I rang medical Center close to my home in Mernda but they didn’t even bother to have a look on her hand and refer to the emergency.
Than I rang Doreen family medical practice and doctor ask to visit Center before going to emergency and luckily doctor was able to mange the wound. I really appreciate Dr Srini efforts as medical centre was almost about to close. Nurse is very experienced and caring. She got things ready in no time.

Clean and well organised clinic. Staff friendly, patient and helpful. Dr Srini always makes us feel comfortable and at ease with his calm and compassionate nature. Always amazes me with his consistent in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of our family's medical needs. Most amazing part is the time and effort he puts in us and go beyond his call of duty to address our medical concerns, could not ask for more. A little wait with or without appointments on some visits. And its ok, as the care we get is still worth the wait, understanding the fact that everyone wants to feel helped not rushed. And I strongly believe that there isn't any medical clinic without a waiting time. Overall, pleasant experience.

Dr Srini and his team are doing a fantastic service to the community. Every part of the care provided is great! You can easily set this service up as your family GP provider, I would highly recommend them. From the reception to the nurses, to all the GP's they are seriously way above par.

All areas of the visit today were great. Reception was friendly and helpful both before and after appointment. Doctor took their time during appointment and the Pathology was very professional and lovely.

I called up super last minute and they got me in straight away. The female doctor was really kind and actually had interest in helping (which I find very rare in bulk billing practices) I wish I knew her name but I highly recommend

My partner has been there twice and both times had a terrible experience. First with Dr. Fatima, totally rude and unprofessional. The second time with Dr. Prashanth which make her wait 25min while he was having a lunch break and a casual chat at the time of the appointment (1: 30pm) but only spent 2 minutes with her. It is shameful to see how they take advantage of the bulk billing and dont care about the patients. A little of respect and customer service wont cost them anything.

Lost good doctors
Today was the final straw. Serious back pain, used the last of my pain meds, ask for passengers forte, tell them I'm part of my health record it's all easy to obtain knowledge. Nope treats me like a drug addict and they can't help. I'm not asking for endone. Last time unless it's an energy that I'll use these guys, highly disappointed

In this day and age, I think it’s completely unacceptable to deny women birth control. I was appalled to be told that I was not going to be issued a script for the pill. It is my right to decide when I am mentally and financially ready to start a family, nobody else’s.

I think you people should be re-educated on how to perform simple tasks. Asked to have my blood pressure taken and was told 'sorry, we've already spoken about a few things and don't have time'
That absolutely disgusted me. The female doctors are lovely but the male doctor there has no empathy what so ever. Won't be returning again.
